    Finding a UPS drop off proved super awful this evening, tried to figure out where the Panay Way location is but couldn't figure it out. Next I selected the location on Washington, should be easier, there isn't a easily visible sign, had more than a few horns honked at me, feeling super frustrated with it all, because I needed to drop off a failed Amazon purchase... I enter the storefront and was immediately greeted by a happily over the head waving hand of the most delightful representative!!!! I'm sad I didn't get her name for this review, she made the most annoying effort evaporate! Fabulous customer service. Maybe my receipt will help the owner know who deserves a JOB WELL DONE!

    Had ups package and send some items to a client out of state. They must package the items to make sure it would be insured incase if an incident. My Client only received one notice before it was returned to UPS store, there is always someone at the home as well. I was never notified of return until i went into location to inquire the where abouts of the package. The package was returned destroyed and I had to pay to have them package and ship again. Each time it was $300 to pack+ ship. I asked to open a claim and checked in with the manager every week for status update on claim. Starting no updates each call. After 3 months I asked for the claim department contact so I could follow up myself regarding claim. I found out they never opened a claim and it was past the 30 days so my dispute was no longer valid and I couldn't dispute it with my cc even. I emailed the owner who was in Europe and took several weeks to get back to me. Stating there was nothing they could do, even after I had explained that their own staff had been lying to me about the claim for 3 months. He offered 10% off my next shipment. It's was the most unpleasant, unprofessional experience and the owner did not care about my situation and feel it was purposely prolonged so that I could not file a claim or dispute on cc. I'm writing this for other people who might encounter this experience with a claim. I would do the claim yourself with UPS directly not thru the store and I would dispute it with your cc immediately The items were also very poorly packaged for the value of the items was expensive and had to pay for additional insurance as well. Since ups locations are individually owned I no longer use this location.

I've been going here for years!…read moreCustomer service has always been excellent and often times, the people here go above and beyond to help & always with a smile! Busy Bee: Yes, at times, the line can be quite long, but patience is key, especially leading up to the holidays! There are usually two & once in a while, three stations open & they do a great job getting people through the line as quickly as they can! Parking: Free & plentiful! Note: There are numerous gift cards, as well as fun and thoughtful greeting cards to look at while waiting in line! Also, plenty of post office boxes, lockers to retrieve some of your packages & a station where you can weigh your own items and get postage to mail your package! They also have a variety of cool stamps to choose from, which I always enjoy! Outside: There are also gorgeous flowers & plants along the side of the post office gate & walkway! Fun Sightings: Often times, I've even seen cute dogs in line with their friendly owners! Once, someone started singing as we waited in a line! Overall: Over the years, I've "always" had a pleasant experience & leave with a smile! I'm always happy to see the smiling faces of the people who work here, they are amazing and quite genuine; love it!

I've had personal mail packages…read more stolen from my residence because workers just dump everything to the floor despite online requests (via website/app) with instructions to please leave at front doorstep to broken, cracked merchandise . I've repeatedly brought this up to no avail. I've lost at least 3 packages containing designer clothing to lobby poachers. Then there's the "lost in the mail"instance where a package that was sent back to USPS office never surfaced. No accountability, no concern, no friendly faces. Unless you're elderly and always there. Pffft. Hire NEW people at front desk please. New faces, new fresh and can-do attitudes would be great. It's gotten to the point that I have my personal shopping purchases mail sent to another postal service drop off provider in another CITY and COUNTY. It's inconvenient but reassuring that I WILL receive my mail/packages in a friendly manner and careful handling. Pfffft....
