The hospital has several vets that work there and Angus, my dog, has seen more than one (though you can ask to always see the same person as well) and each vet he has seen has been kind, gentle and loving. They are the ones who neutered him and they called to check up on him a day or two after I had brought him home. He also got an eye infection and they treated him for that and also called to follow up with how he was doing. I have never felt pressured to pay for anything I don't need. In fact, Angus has allergies and while we discussed the various choices I had, I was made aware of how expensive allergy testing was and told that it was entirely optional and informed of the drawbacks to having it done. I had a dog growing up and we took him to a different local vet and had issues with them attempting to charge for expensive services and bully and guilt us into paying for things we simply could not afford so when I got Angus I was very nervous about finding a good vet and I am so glad that I chose this place. They even tell you that they love to get a picture of your pet and they include it in their computer file. I have called their office and had the receptionist remark about how cute Angus was when she pulled up the file. These kinds of extra touches are appreciated and you just know that the staff cares about your pet and no one there is looking to see how much money they can sucker out of you. The office seems to be busy every time I go but I have never had to wait long. The vets have always done their utmost to keep Angus calm and have treated him so well that I wouldn't even dream of going anywhere else. Definitely the place to go if you have a pet!

He has never steered me in the wrong direction with any of my animals, or pushed to do any unnecessary treatments or procedures. He has always wanted to do what is best for the animals, it wasn't about the almighty dollar for him like it is for most of them. His bedside manner is fantastic. He is so kind and caring, and my pets always felt at ease in his presence. I wish there were more out there like Dr. Cook. There are other vets at this clinic that would make me give it a MUCH lower rating.

They have a wonderful, calming environment, that makes both my pets, and myself happy to be there! Most recently, the care they gave our beloved senior Rottweiler, Sam, was exactly the love and compassion that he deserved.
