The staff is amazing and pays special attention to all details which were clearly covered during check-in and check-out. The staff even called me with a post procedure update when a 1/2 day stay for teeth cleaning was involved. The veterinary care is truly top tier and very deserving of this recommendation. The service provided was up and above what I expected. I highly recommend the doctors and staff at The Neighborhood Vet in West Monroe. The seemingly smaller scale office, could just be the front, was quaint, not particularly decorated, and was peppered with a few others who were so very nice. The lobby felt like a community. I like that after my dog had been seen, but before he was given costly services that I'd prefer to have administered by his regular vet, that's another story, I was given the opportunity to opt for or against those recommendations. Our doggy had an injection and was given some scripts which worked well for him. I'll tell you this, you need to have your money/CC because you're going to need it. I am so very grateful for the pleasant experience we had. Unfortunately he managed to fall and brake off one of his canines exposing the nerve. Thankfully All Creatures Animal Care was able to take care of him. They didn't just remove the obvious tooth during his procedure and call it a day. They checked the other teeth and found another tooth that had been damaged and removed it to prevent future breakage. The staff here were friendly, understanding and helpful. I don't think that they can honestly understand just how appreciative I am for them taking excellent care of my little buddy.

They charge me to worm him which I did not authorize because I had taken care of that situation at home through chewy and they knew that because they called in a prescription for him to chewy. They also treat him for fleas which I don't have. Took care of that when I got him. I did not authorize that. Then the veterinarian didn't even come out to speak to me. I paid a huge bill for me because I'm on a fixed income. It took my cat three weeks to act right again. I don't know what they did to him but it was not good. He is an aggressive cat but they must have done something for him to be mad at me for three weeks. I will never go there again.
