She has called me on her days off (Sundays) to go over bloodwork, ultrasounds, etc. Whenever we visit Dr. Anna - whether it's for a cytopoint injection or an exam, you can see and feel the love she has for her little patients. Always thorough, professional and personable. Dr. Anna is an outstanding DVM. Also outstanding is Karen, who is a Vet Tech. Great knowledge, professional and personable. She has helped me and my dog immensely - especially recently. The Front Desk personnel are all outstanding. Charlene, Saleena and Colleen. All of them are a pleasure to deal with. I was told the billing is dependent on the doctor/vet. No vet has ever charged me anything like this before. I would stay clear of Dr. Jara and recommend never seeing him with your pet.

My dog received a rabies vaccination here and a few days later began developing what turned out to be a severe allergic reaction. Naturally, I called the office right away, concerned and looking for guidance. I was told there were no available appointments and that I would have to wait six days until my previously scheduled visit. When your pet is clearly having a reaction, being told to wait nearly a week is unacceptable. When we were finally seen, the doctor administered allergy shots and prescribed prednisone. Unfortunately, the very next day my dog developed a severe eye reaction. I immediately called the office again, only to be told once more that there were no appointments available and that they could not see us that day. At that moment, I felt completely defeated and helpless. When your pet is suffering and you are reaching out for urgent medical help, the last thing you expect is to be turned away repeatedly because there are "no appointments." Emergencies and post-treatment complications should be treated with urgency and compassion. I felt completely unsupported during a stressful and frightening situation. Access to timely follow-up care is a basic expectation in veterinary medicine, especially after administering vaccines and medications that can cause reactions. Sadly, this clinic failed to provide that. I cannot recommend a practice that is unavailable when their patients need them most.

SAVE YOURSELF AND PETS. They failed to put our pet to sleep…read more We brought our dog here to be put to sleep and they failed. We ended up leaving with our dog. Of course it's one of the most difficult days a pet owner will have, this hospital made it worse and botched the procedure causing us to leave with our dog after dealing with the pain of saying goodbye. First they messed up our appointment and told us it was a week away. Instead of owning the mistake the receptionist told us it was our mistake and therefore, problem. It didn't matter that my family and I walked in with crying. We asked the receptionist if the doctor could squeeze us in or if she can call the next appointment to see if they can swap at a later time. The receptionist said no. After asking again if she could ask the vet to squeeze us in the receptionist said she'll ask but the vet won't say yes. After sometime the vet did make the accommodation to take us. After entering the room they took our dog back to start the process. Something went wrong with the needle/catheter causing massive discomfort for our dog and for her to bleed onto us while we held her waiting for the vet to come with the IV to start the process of euthanizing. After getting the catheter back in something caused them to not be able to get the IV in. I believe it was because our dog wouldn't stay still. Previous to the catheter our dog laid quietly and still in our arms for 1.5 hours. The movement from our dog likely was because of the needle/catheter that didn't take right that cause her to bleed. After sometime they gave our very small dog a sedative to help calm her down, that didn't work for far too long. This all lasted, what felt like, 30 minutes. Our dog started yelping once the catheter was in. We finally said enough is enough and left with our dog. Who knows what would've happened next. The technicalities of what went wrong and why are confusing to me. I'm not a doctor and this was already a horrible day. All that I know is this place created one of the worst days in my entire families life. Now, we have to bring ourselves to repeat the process of putting our dog to sleep.
