Less than 24 hours after installation, one of the gutters was leaking and the installer had to return to repair it. We also had concerns about the appearance of the corner patch installed directly over our front door (see photo). This is the main entrance to our home, and the rippled, uneven appearance is very noticeable. We simply asked if it could be replaced with one that looked better. Instead, we were told it was "factory quality," and the installer refused to replace it - even though he promised a one year warranty. What was most unacceptable was how we were treated. Rather than discussing our concern professionally, Joey became angry, yelled and used extremely vivid profanity toward my husband in our driveway, slammed his ladder into his truck, and left in a rage! We had already paid him in full. We weren't trying to avoid payment--we were simply asking that a brand-new installation meet reasonable expectations for appearance and quality. We understand that problems can happen on any job. What matters is how a contractor responds. Since this corner is directly above our front door, it's a very visible location, and most homeowners would expect it to have a cleaner appearance on a brand-new gutter installation.Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this company.
