Victor, the owner, was pleasant and helpful only until I needed to cancel a reservation. I called ahead out of courtesy, personally notified him, and apologized. That's when the professionalism completely disappeared. What followed was a rude and hostile response: "That's fine, don't call us again--you won't be able to use our services in the future. We won't help you," followed by abruptly hanging up. This was a standard cancellation by a paying customer, not a favor. For a business owner, reacting with pettiness and hostility over something so routine is embarrassing and reflects poorly on both leadership and business integrity. If this is how a simple cancellation is handled, it raises serious concerns about how real issues would be addressed. It's 2026--customer experience, professionalism, and reputation matter. With only a handful of reviews, all one star, this interaction unfortunately reinforces the existing pattern rather than improving it. The image being presented does not align with the reality of the customer experience. After that, I'm glad things worked out the way they did. They accept both cash and card. Aaron was waiting for me 5-minutes prior to my reservation time in the lobby of my hotel. He was very friendly and took care of my bags. He was a very cautious driver and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire drive. They're located right in the lobby of the airport, near the car-rental centers. Very convenient!
