I texted him the day we had agreed to, asking to confirm when he would come to provide the service. The person messaged me saying he'd be late due to a car accident--which I understood--but then never showed up. After that, he completely stopped responding to texts and calls. No explanation, no refund, nothing. This was a total waste of time and money. Completely unprofessional. Don't book with this service unless you're okay with being ghosted and losing your deposit. Sad. I try to support small local businesses and unfortunately this sours my desire to continue to do so...
