I am not one to leave reviews but this is unacceptable when you pay good money and a regular carwash would of left my car looking better. Alex was very polite and responsive but I just had a bad experience with the work. I hire him for the great reviews but it didn't go as great for me. He did mention that he had a difficult time cleaning my car since it was pretty dirty so maybe that's why paint was left like that. I got the wash, clay and wax package and this is how it looked afterwards. He mentioned that he had difficulty with the parking since it was done at my jobs parking but he did tell me he could manage to clean it there so I dont understand why he was rushing. read more

Service: Alex was nice and polite, and very responsive on Yelp. He is definitely someone I want to continue providing business to. In fact, I asked him to come back for an exterior detail of my car and interior for my mom. He works very hard on your car and you can see the amount of effort put in. Interior Detail: I desperately needed an interior detail after taking my dogs (who shed A LOT) on one too many trips. My seats were covered in dog hair and absolutely disgusting from my dogs' dirty paws. You could visibly see the dirt on the seat, my black seats looked grey. I wish I had before pictures. After Alex worked on it, you couldn't even tell that I ever even had dogs! My dogs' have stubborn hair that refuse to come out, I have to brush and vacuum my couches and I still can't get all of it out. Imagine my surprise when I came out and not ONE hair was in my car. It was AMAAAAAAZING. I couldn't believe it. Overall, I paid $119 plus tip (too awesome a job to not tip). This is very reasonable considering the effort he put in and way below the price I was estimated by other places. For comparison, the next lowest price after Alex's was $200. Definitely worth calling and definitely my go to guy from now on! read more
