However, the office staff is sloppy and unresponsive. I tried to schedule a surgery for over three months, asking for a price quote and date - simple, basic information. Most of my emails went ignored, and in the end, the surgery went unscheduled. They botched our travel documentation not once but TWICE, both times printed out crookedly with misspellings, lowercase lettering and random punctuation. The first time, the year of rabies expiration was cut off. I noticed this before traveling and had to return to get it reprinted, as this is the most essential part of the document. Unbelievably, they reprinted it with the wrong year of expiration! According to their document it expired on the same day that it was administered. Luckily we weren't detained at the airport, but in trying to get the dog licensed, it was necessary to contact the PetPoint office to verify that the rabies vaccine (given just two months earlier) was not expired. If this is how they handle paperwork, I'm glad we weren't able to schedule the surgery after all.

Dra. Hidalgo immediately makes you feel confident in her abilities and alleviates any anxiety you may have. I went to Pet Point to get all the paperwork and treatments necessary to transport my dog back to Europe with me. I had been to a different vet previously and they seriously didn't have a clue what they were doing and were unable to provide me with any of the correct paperwork, so I was getting to the point of extreme panic. Dra. Hidalgo completely saved the day though, she carried out all of the correct treatments, provided me with all of the paperwork required and gave me excellent advice too. She is a living breathing veterinary angel! If you're looking for any kind of vet services in Mexico City then totally go to Pet Point (you can thank me later... )
