You get asked every time now for a donation and are made to feel guilty, when you have to explain you have nothing you can give that day. All of this is done infront of everyone in the waiting room, and they even put on the system how much you have donated, when you can give them something. I had to have my dog put to sleep recently after being part of the family for 11 years. We were obviously upset, but was also crying because of the way things were done, which I will not go into, but felt so guilty leaving my dog like that.

They're a really friendly well run place and the cat always comes home happy (well as happy as any cat is when it's been in a cattery. They have four brick built cat houses which hold 10 (or more) cats each in separate sections. They can see the cat opposite but not the one next door. In the summer each section has a window which opens to a small outdoor area so the cats can sit in the sun. They've also got a dog kennells but, not having a dog, I've not really looked round that bit. The cat section is insulated enough that you can't really hear the dogs when you're in the cat houses. I think my cat gets a bit spolit - she eats her favourite food, I always take her favourite bed and toys, and they will happily give her some cat milk as well. Would recommend.

If you complain they tell you to take your business elsewhere. I used them for both Equine and small animals and spent over £4000 with them.
