The owner of the company was rarely on-site to work or to supervise. When he did show up it was always hours later than promised. Many serious (and stupid) mistakes were made during the renovation process. They were corrected in the end, but not without ramifications (e.g. a hole in our OTHER bathroom and a leak in our roof.) Get It Done Home Improvements promised to secure all permits and arrange inspections, as is standard. Neither was done. And when we questioned him, he lied to us. Overall the work was sloppy, rushed and not completed as promised. And now we have to hire another contractor to finish the job.

His fee was very reasonable and, including the termite and radon tests, was less than some other inspectors' fee just for the inspection. We are very happy with his work. Immediately after the walkthrough, as he was walking out, he crunched some numbers and gave me a price. The other companies didn't get back to me until EOD the next day at the earliest. One of the other companies didn't contact me until after Eric's team had completed the entire job! (3 days later) FAST COMPLETION -- 2-Day turnaround for approx 1200 sq ft . We got really lucky because it was going to rain and many of the guys working on exteriors were now available to help on my home's interior, so I ended up getting a team of 6 guys going all at once! I wouldn't expect this for your job unless you check the 10-day weather report and call ahead for rain days, but it really worked out for my wife and I. DETAILED - attention to detail was amazing. I am a little critical of edge work and could find almost no spots that needed touching up after the job was done! FRIENDLY - Eric, Orhan, and the whole team were really nice and really considerate of our new home. CLEAN - The team left the house free of drips, dust, or footprints. I think they left it cleaner than it started! VETERAN-OWNED -- As an Army brat, I'll just always give an edge to a vet. COMPETITIVE PRICES - I'm putting this last on purpose because I wouldn't place the most weight on price. Did they cost less than the other companies? Yes!!!! I was having this horrible problem in my apartment, there was a foul odor in my room and I could not find the source. I called Andy and he came out to my house to give me a free estimate. He was prompt and professional. When he couldn't find the source of the problem, he was kind, courteous and understanding. He never acted as though it was a waste of his time to drive out to my apartment. He even suggested that I buy a simple air purifier to ventilate my room, which so far, has worked!!!! I appreciated that he didn't make attempt to take my money because he knew he couldn't guarantee that the smell would be gone, since he didn't find the route cause. Andy is a real stand up guy, and I think if you have any type of odor, mold, or bacteria in your home, he is definitely someone who won't jerk you around!
