Including issues like substance abuse indicators, domestic disturbances, and direct threats documented with local police and other appropriate agencies. Even more concerning: When following up with one state agency, staff confirmed the only contact info on file is the daycare's address and direct phone number--no additional owners, board of directors, or responsible parties listed beyond the on-site directors. The mall office only has one director's cell phone as contact. This complete lack of transparency about actual ownership or governance is highly unusual and raises serious concern about accountability in a childcare setting. Driver arrived a few minutes early. Driver was a personable and friendly fella, we seemed to share similar opinions. So it was a pretty good ride, uneventful and timely, which I needed. Recommend.
