We just had to cancel a cruise for the 1st time using insurance on Virgin the night b4. Lisa walked us through the process and resubmitted multiple times due to the insurance carriers many hoops you have to jump through to get your money back. It took almost 2 months, but we got everything back but the pre-booking "sailor loot" the insurance company doesn't have to pay that to you as a cruise line promo. I would highly recommend Lisa and her team, also purchase the insurance despite the hoops-it was ALOT of money.
