My ignorance was the cause of my misfortune. Without going into much detail about my case, I was assigned a policy that I did not ask for however they have been collecting my premium based on the quote that I was given only to find out that I was paying for no-fault coverage. Now they can hide under the umbrella HB4520 Michigan law. So for those that have been wronged by these people please file a complaint with DIFS to protect the innocent.
