So if you see soneone come up and feel unconfortable you have to WAIT for the machine to spit it out And also no dead bolt for the inside ATM anymore :( And I would love their hours to be extended... This latest time, they refused to loan me a sum that is less than half of what I allow them to keep in their institution. Upon trying to understand why and ultimately close my account, it took hours upon hours of phone tag and false information. Avoid this bank at all costs, they will not help you. I will advise my family members to abandon this institution as well.

Both trips involved three people coordinating times to meet there. I was not upset when we're were requested to get additional information the first time. It was upsetting the second time as they should have told us all needed information on the first trip.
