The sales associate was super nice and helpful! The clothing is trendy but appealed to both me and my 20 something daughters. The prices were reasonable. I wore it for the first time today, exactly a week after I bought it. It had a snag which is now a hole. I called to ask if I could ship it back and get a refund and I was told "we don't give refunds for damaged items." Seems a bit unreasonable when the shirt was obviously poor quality but definitely not priced that way. I'll admit the store is cute and has a lot of cute merchandise, but I wouldn't purchase another item.

Prices are fair, good sales, lots of in stock inventory, and so much variety to fit your personal style and fashion needs! However, the reason this location is receiving a 3 star review is because their customer service skills are lacking and the employees are not the most pleasant to be around. They aren't very helpful, there have been a few time where I've tried to ask a question and they are very avoidant. When you're checking out the cashiers are always very cold and do not engage at all. They almost seem annoyed with customers which is a very disappointing reaction to receive. Hopefully soon I can revise my review to give them more stars!

After sifting through various clothing throughout their dim lit store, they mainly carry L, XL and above. I saw two size M and one size S. There may have been more, but it was so dark I should have brought a flashlight. I asked one of the associates if they carry size S, she stated that they are 'having a hard time getting size S from the brands they get their clothing from'. Hmm. This is a pro because all sizes are beautiful and larger sizes deserve representation. For me, this is a con because I won't find clothing to feel beautiful in and I had no idea before stepping in. Generally when shops carry inventory of exclusive sizes, they'll advertise this with bigger/smaller mannequins, or photos of models that represent their target audience. If you're looking for dim lighting, jewelry and accessories, and/or larger sized clothing, stop by.

Cute clothes, reasonable prices, and a lovely atmosphere give me enough reason to drive from Fort Worth to Waco just to shop there. I have shopped here for years and have always been greeted with cheerfulness and offers to help without hovering. The staff always offers to start a dressing room for me when they see I have found something I might like. Courtney's also has good jewelry choices, adorable little girls' clothes, and darling home accessories. It will always be my first stop when I am looking for an outfit or gift!
