I called to ask if I could ship it back and get a refund and I was told "we don't give refunds for damaged items." Seems a bit unreasonable when the shirt was obviously poor quality but definitely not priced that way. I'll admit the store is cute and has a lot of cute merchandise, but I wouldn't purchase another item.

Prices are fair, good sales, lots of in stock inventory, and so much variety to fit your personal style and fashion needs! However, the reason this location is receiving a 3 star review is because their customer service skills are lacking and the employees are not the most pleasant to be around. They aren't very helpful, there have been a few time where I've tried to ask a question and they are very avoidant. When you're checking out the cashiers are always very cold and do not engage at all. They almost seem annoyed with customers which is a very disappointing reaction to receive. There may have been more, but it was so dark I should have brought a flashlight. I asked one of the associates if they carry size S, she stated that they are 'having a hard time getting size S from the brands they get their clothing from'. Hmm. This is a pro because all sizes are beautiful and larger sizes deserve representation. For me, this is a con because I won't find clothing to feel beautiful in and I had no idea before stepping in. Generally when shops carry inventory of exclusive sizes, they'll advertise this with bigger/smaller mannequins, or photos of models that represent their target audience. If you're looking for dim lighting, jewelry and accessories, and/or larger sized clothing, stop by.

We followed all instructions/directions, stayed extra late to make sure everything was clean and was still denied our deposit back, the excuse that was given was that the AC was turned down low and ran that way all night, we followed the AC instructions that they had provided and put it at summer setting.
