Shea provides a complimentary informative consultation instilled with her strong sense of work ethic, motivation and determination, proving she is most definitely up to the task. (*BTW . . Not many beautiful young ladies these days would sacrifice an opportunity to attend a Tim McGraw concert with friends at Jiffy Lube Live just so they can work!) I had my hair colored at this salon, I understand why my hair had patches of missing color. When I came home and noticed it I returned to the salon to have it fixed. The lady that did it was gone, but the receptionist was beyond unbelievable. Itnstead of having someone fixing it or even apologizing for the mistake she had the nerve of blaming my hair for it. Also saying she didn't know the history of my hair and pretty much it was my problem now. This place is dirty, also dirty combs and brushes were used on me. This place is disgusting. I don't recommend anyone going to this place. If for some reason anything is wrong with your color by their hands they will not fix it for you! So if you want patchy color then go there. I'm so disappointed in this salon. As stylist you should be taking care of your client.

I know seems like an exaggeration but starting the day happy with your reflection makes a HUGE difference! If you're like me, with fine straight hair, Nikki also had mad skills with scissors. I have had a variety of styles from short to long and she always made me look and feel fabulous. (Unlike many other stylists) I'm heading into retirement age so you know I've been to a LOT of salons. I took both of my sons here yesterday to get hair cuts. We made appointments prior to showing up…read moreand we had been here 2 times prior. My youngest son went first and me and my older son waited in the waiting area and talked quietly. About halfway thru the haircut I felt like I had something in my throat it had became dry and I started choking and coughing. The barber cutting my son's hair very rudely said do you need a Kleenex to which I couldn't really reply because I was still choking. He then said you shouldn't have came here if you're sick very loud and in front of other customers and staff. I tried explaining to him that I was choking and just needed a drink of water to which he said no one in here wants to be around someone that's couching and is sick and you sound very sick. It really caught me so off guard that he would treat me like this. He said I should've stayed home and not came in here if I was sick and that no one in the shop wanted to hear me cough or be around me. I almost got up and walked out with both of my kids because of the way he treated me but It wouldn't have been fair to my son who only had half a hair cut. So I continued sitting there and within a minute he glared back over at me and started making comments again under his breath about me. I then got up paid for my son's hair cut and took my older son and told my younger son when he was done we would be in the car. I don't think I've ever been treated so rudely before by someone while I was there paying for a service from them. When my son came out from getting his haircut he was very upset because of what happened and said after I left the barber continued to talk about and bad mouth me to him while he finished. We will never do business with this barber shop again.
