I thought the procedure was going to be long and nasty. Believe it or not, it was actually quite enjoyable. Unlike other dentists, he explained what he was going to do before each step. I felt much more comfortable when I knew what exactly the doctor was doing to me. The procedure was done neatly and painlessly before I even realized. When I felt painful in my gum around that tooth 6mth later, I called the office and the receptionist was very nice to book me a consult on the same day. The assistant took the X-Ray free of charge. Dr Partnoy explained my X-ray thoroughly and confirmed my bone healed well. He advised me to get a crown instead of the permanent fillings, which was the same reason as what I expected. The team is absolutely professional and I would recommend here to anyone who needs to do a root canal.

He was very professional, straight and to the point. He explained the diagnosis thoroughly in terms I could understand and prepared me for the procedure. All in all it took less than an hour. Dr. Partnoy prescribed me pain meds but honestly I have felt no post-op discomfort of any kind. At then end of the day my insurer Manulife only designated eligible $934 out of $1355 for the root canal fee. They only pay the prevailing rate for a dentist to perform root canals as opposed to a specialist. For me I will be going to Endodontic Specialists everytime--it's worth it!

Informed her not anymore, their patient. Dr Pulec was running clinic when I first visited that establishment - amazing service. Since Dawson took over that location - things are not as before. I do not need to much assistance with my teeth - I accept any hygienist available. Not satisfied with office assistant staff - some time they chat and forget to ask if you have an insurance or not - and charge insurances - when you tell them that you will pay with Visa. Assistants take sweet time (talking to each other) instead of providing you the bill you after tooth cleaning. Probably they are part of union because when I inform them, I will inform the office manager about their behavior - answer was "Please do that". I hope this review will help Dawson Dental Corporation to improve their service. I would had placed 0 stars if it was possible. 14 min to pick up 1 800 # and Lady of 1 (800) 6 min try to contact Office Manager haha on time of smartphones.

I found myself in an awkward position with a painful broken tooth. It was broken for about 3 years…read morebut nobody noticed the hairline cracks in my tooth. A crack typically leads to an infection, so I ended up working with a "crack team" of Endodontics. Dr. Leung and his staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. The work that was done was explained well, and no risks were taken to risk further infection. The break was bad because it was in an awkward spot. The team was able to fix my tooth up and the pain is now much better. Having a root canal was not as unpleasant as I expected it to be, and they had me out the door pretty quick and back to doing normal things. Great experience start to finish and highly recommended.

Not only that, but he is clearly an expert at what he does. My tooth was on the higher scale for complexity due to the inflammation and the location of the tooth itself. The good doctor froze the shit out of that thing, and I felt nothing during the procedure, to the point where I actually fell asleep. Thats right people, I fell asleep during a root canal. This office charges $10,000 for Invisalign, while most other reputable clinics in town offer it for around $6,500. Despite using his "Platinum" Invisalign status to justify the inflated price, I've since learned that these titles are awarded based purely on the number of cases sold each year, and DO NOT reflect success rate, patient satisfaction, or clinical expertise. When I questioned my treatment plan, communication quickly became delayed and inconsistent. The Treatment Coordinator's responses felt evasive and, at times, deliberately misleading. At one point, I was told an email had already been responded to -- but when that email was forwarded to me (weeks later), it was obvious the reply had been manually typed in to appear as though it had been sent earlier. The timestamp, format, and content made it clear it was fabricated after the fact after I was deliberately ignored. I was also told I needed multiple "preventative" fillings despite having a long history of healthy teeth. That didn't sit right with me, so I went elsewhere for a second opinion. Sure enough, and just as I suspected, the new dentist confirmed (both visually and through X-rays) that my teeth were perfectly fine. It wasn't until Dr. Salyani made me question his integrity that I started shopping around for a new provider -- and to my surprise, he has quite the reputation around town. That, combined with the clinic's constant staff turnover, says a lot about how things are really run behind the scenes. The whole experience felt more like a hard sell at a used car lot than a visit to a healthcare professional. If you value transparency, ethics, and consistency in your care -- look elsewhere.
