He tried to low ball my trade in cart, he tried to sell me another JUNK cart after I insisted he deliver what he sold me. This nightmare started in October and is finally over. Yesterday he told me he was not in his office and could not issue my refund, I was just five mins away so I turned up and he was in his office!! I FORCED him to issue my refund on the spot. It was an ugly situation I never want to repeat. Still he tried to blame me for his lies and delays. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN.. Be careful! Terrible experience with Vice City Golf Cart Inc. and its manager, Miguel Gomez. I am sorry to say that my experience with Vice City Golf Carts Inc. has been a nightmare. From start to finish, this business and its manager Miguel Gomez has failed to fulfill its obligations, This is a scam. The manager of the business, Miguel Gomez made great promises during our initial interactions. He assured me that his products were of top quality and that delivery would be fast and reliable. He presented himself as a serious businessman when, in reality Miguel Gomez, manager, he has been nothing more than a charlatan and trickster. He sold a golf cart and has not delivered the sales invoice, a second cart was bought two months ago and he has not delivered it He received our money for some alleged cars at auction or demos and to date he has hidden to return the money received, always giving excuses and continually breaking payment promises, thus he has deceived many people. I have tried to resolve this matter amicably, but Mr. Miguel Gomez's continued noncompliance and lies are making it very difficult. It is clear that Miguel Gómez and Vice City Golf Carts Inc have no intention of fulfilling any of their obligations. Miguel Gomez, on behalf of Vice City Golf Carts, seems to have mastered the art of disappearing, emails go unanswered, phone calls are ignored and when I do get through, I am met with vague explanations and outright lies, such as that You will pay in an hour or even deliver the cart, in hours or the next day. Not only have I been left without the amounts of money sent, but I have also wasted valuable time and energy pursuing a business and a person that lacks seriousness and integrity. today's date april 30, 2024, we delivered our golf cart to him (miguel gomez) approximately 7-8 months ago, miguel asked us for $2000 to "start" buying the parts that needed to be replaced, 1st mistake, never give $ upfront. on march 29, 2024 if i am not mistaken, we had no alternative but to pick up the cart all disassembled into pieces because he always had a different story, the day we picked up the cart i told him to pay me back the $2000 he told me that he didn't have that money, i told him to give me a check, he gave it to me, he told me to deposit it on april 8th, exactly what i imagined happened, we could't deposit the check either the account is closed or it has no funds, which is ilegal. now that we are going through this problem, we have found out that he is a first-class scammer, the business is in the name of his wife who we have been told is worse than him, she's gone to court and all because of previous scam issues. report him on reportfraud.ftc.gov, please let's close this business, which he calls "dealer" and is a buy here pay here piece of shit! he has been scamming people for years, read all the reviews that he has everywhere, facebook, google, yelp, etc... and you'll notice, unfortunately, something we didn't do. read more
