The driver that was sent by AAA drove erratically, took a speed bump at a high rate of speed and launched my car into the air. It fell off the truck and the driver struggled to reattach it with straps and chains. In meantime, all of my car's oil leaked out from a huge hole that had been ripped in the oil pan. The driver never apologized, had me sign any paperwork, or had me speak to anyone in his office. I haven't been able to get through to the office and still haven't received a phone call. Had a service call with AAA and I know the standard wait time is us 2 hours (it's AAA not the tow companies). I called because I had a FHP asking if they can speed up the call as it was somewhat in the road, and the gentleman on the phone was super helpful on locating the AAA call (Again AAA has a bad system) and kept me in the know on when the driver was en route. Driver was super nice and on time as the dispatch said and definitely appreciated both the office and the driver Lazaro! I lost the keys to my truck and had to have it towed from a parking garage. very poor service I called for service through AAA and they showed up 5 hours later to then damage my car brakes by on purpose tamper my GMC terrain rear brakes and damaged the brake caliber trying to somehow by pass the car system so they can tow it. Called AAA sent these guys they tried to price gauge when I would pay triple the price AAA insisted was my mileage fee they wouldn't pick me up. I give 2 stars only because of what I'm going to explain... the first guy they send to take to the dealer didn't want to work, plain and simple, he said the he didn't have a jump starter, how can someone who does this for a living doesn't have a jump starter? Also said that he was going to request another towing truck because his was too big since my car was completely dead he couldn't move it to put it on the truck. When the second guy comes (5 1/2 hour later) the truck was exactly the same size but he had a jump starter so he was able to do what the other big fat guy didn't want to do. Thank God that second guy was so nice and helpful that's why I give it a 2 starts otherwise I would give them -10. Horrible experience overall. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I was forced to use them through AAA. Not only didn't I have to wait hours and hours and hours for service (I understand they could be busy- I wouldn't fault them if it was just this.) The driver was very rude when he called to set up the pickup. (Again if it was just that I would chalk it up to a driver having a bad day.) Then the driver got an attitude with me as I was describing the problem with my car and insinuated I didn't know what I was talking about. Later, I watched in horror as the driver sped off with my car on the back of his truck while driving recklessly.
