This is by far the worst business ever. Me and my boyfriend got in a car crash and used AAA for a tow truck. We waited an hour for the tow truck. The tow truck drove past us and told us he would turn back around. He never did! He blocked my boyfriends number and would not answer the representative calls from AAA. When I called the company, the rude woman hung up on my face then also blocked me. In addition to this monstrosity, the company lied and told AAA that they already picked up our car. Very shameful company to be tied to AAA. Made a call for a tow at 10:30AM and the tracker changed from 12:03pm, to 1:30pm, then 2:16pm, then 3:09. Once i called AAA to see what's going on, as where my car is stuck has a gate that gets locked at 3:30pm, I get a call from a very rude tow truck guy stating that he'll be here in another 30 minutes. At that point I asked what area he's in as we were told since 12pm and the gate will close and he rudely cut me off to say "i drive that crane that's picking up YOUR car. I never told you anything." Very rude, and disrespectful company. Will be making complaints to AAA as well as BBB to make sure this company no longer partners with AAA as it is a paid membership and members should not be treated in such a rude and disrespectful manner. read more

Terrible company and not sure why AAA is associated them. If you need a tow from AAA ask them NOT to send Vice Towing and if they show up send them away. They have one star reviews from almost everyone on yelp. Their driver came to our association and parked his truck in the pouring rain on our brand new grass and destroyed it. This happened July 1 and I called after the holiday weekend. Person on other end of phone immediately denied and asked why I waited so long to call. Then he said he would not pay and he hung up on me. I called back and explained I was trying to get the landscaping company to give me a quote to fix but they were out of town. I wouldn't hire this company if they were THE ONLY TOW TRUCK COMPANY. Their employees have no respect for the other people on the road! ZERO RESPECT! I almost wrecked and definitely had to lock up my brakes to stop. This morning Aug 2, 2024 I was traveling on CR 218 at 45 mph the posted speed limit and Vice Towing pulled out in front of me with little time for me to react. The sad fact was there was absolutely NO ONE BEHIND ME! I slammed on breaks so hard everything in the back seat ended up in the front seat and I was so thankful I was paying attention. He proceeds down CR 218 hald on the shoulder and half in the lane. It was quite clear he should not have pulled out as he wasn't ready to master the art of staying in your lane. I know they are supposed to be a local towing company and I always do business with locals but not this company. My sister owns a mechanic shop and I have told her what happened and she will never use them either! Horrible business ethics especially not having any respect for potential local customers lives'! I don't even write yelp reviews but if I could give this place 0 stars I would have! I waited almost 4 hours for these guys to get to me after being quoted 45 mins tops. Mind you their yard is 15 minutes away from my location. After two hours it is completely unreasonable to think I should sit with my car that doesn't turn on in the Miami heat when I am running late to my appointment with the mechanic only because of the driver who accepted the call when he wouldn't be able to arrive within 4 hours??? (Keep in mind I asked the office at least 3 separate times to make a note that I may be 10 mins down the street when they arrive so please call me when they are finally en route and they never did). I took literally 6 mins to arrive back and the driver told me he is leaving I have to call back and have them send another driver... then he flat out lied on his dispatch report that my car was in a garage(they were very very aware my vehicle was parked on the street) and he left because they would not grant him entry!!! If I could give zero stars I would! We were stopped at a red light on 103rd and Blanding Blvd in Jacksonville, FL. We were towing a car dolly behind our truck and a vice towing driver was stopped behind us. He then rolled forward and onto the tow dolly. Driver sounded like he was high when we confronted him. And then instead of pulling over with us at uhaul he waited until we'd pulled into the parking lot and then sped off. Guess he didn't see the dash cam in the back window, got the whole thing on video. I called the number on the side of the truck but no one is answering. So heres a terrible review instead. I think I am the 40th 1-star review for this company. I got to them as many did through AAA. I have since written to several top people at AAA, suggesting that they read the reviews of the companies they contract with and also pay attention to the complaints from customers. My experience was much the same as others--it took three hours, they sent the truck to the wrong address even the the guard at the gate of the condo complex tried to steer the driver to the right parking lot. The truck (obviously) couldn't find me, which I learned when I answered my phone to a string of hostility, verbal abuse and anger (I guess it's the owner of the company). I ran to the guardhouse found out where the truck was went and flagged him down and led him to the right spot. But then it turns out they've sent the wrong kind of tow truck, which I only know because one of the kind doormen from the building came out to help by translating since the driver spoke no English whatsoever. I was really shaken by the torrent of abuse from the owner, and when I called AAA they told me I should try to get a tow separately and I would be reimbursed, which was good. But then when I read the Yelp reviews I saw that this has been a pattern with this company. I hope AAA stops using them. read more

Was waiting for this tow service for about 3 hours, AAA contacted them and they put in the call three hours later. Called to check on the status and the guy was very rude and unprofessional. He cancelled the service and the guy never showed. Apparently its not the first time and AAA keeps making business with them even though they are completely unreliable. I have never had worse customer service in my life! They took off with my car when I told them to wait because they had my house key attached to my car key. When I tried calling them to get a hold of them, the call went right to voicemail 3 times. Finally, someone called me back and I was told that the driver was uncomfortable with me because I offered him wine and money, which was a bold face lie! I never offered him anything. When I was explaining this I was hung up on. When I called back, it again went right to voicemail. Waited 5 hours for a tow from them while being yelled at everyone around me because my car broke down. Tried to contact vice towing through triple aaa several time but they we unresponsive according times triple aaa. Then I called them directly with and the phone was answered by a man who begun yelling at me after I was clearly upset because they promised me the time of 2:15 when I called triple aa at 12 but my car wasn't at the shop until 6 because the driver ignored the gps. Horrible, stay away. AAA assigned them to pick up my daughters car at 1pm. They would wait until the scheduled time and add 40 minutes by text, no phone calls. After 6, yes 6 hours, the driver finally called my daughter and said he was on his way. He never showed. I finally got my own local towing service as this was beyond ridiculous. Filed complaint with AAA and requested they never be assigned to any of my cars. In addition will be filing additional complaints with BBB and City of Jacksonville. Beware!!! read more

AAA called for roadside service and Vice Towing showed up at our residence. The towing service stated they only took cash so I asked the service to call their office and I would give credit card information over the phone as was advised by AAA representative. The towing service proceeded to make the call to his office and on doing so, walked away, got into the tow truck and drove away without saying anything. This was a disrespectful and rude act, and AAA aware of the incident will be addressing the company. I see terrible ratings for this company and noted two others within such a close period of time! Horrible! I called AAA and they sent Vice....the young fella who showed up was very unpleasant and unprofessional. He immediately began to try to diagnose the issue which was not what we needed. All we wanted was for our vehicle to be towed. On top of that the battery jumper thing he had did not have clamps so he was touching bare wire to the posts. The battery was not the issue. He claimed we needed another type of truck....didn't even attempt. Had to call AAA again.. Long story short... 7 hours later we finally gout our vehicle towed through our USAA service! Had the worst experience with this company, I was recommended by a friend who I called and ordered a flatbed for a truck we needed to tow today. They told me about an hour it will arrive to our location. About 1 hour and 20 minutes later we called and I spoke with Edwin who told me about another 20 min they would be there. After those 20 minutes I called again and spoke with someone else who told me another 20 minutes. Then after those 20 minutes were up , I called again and I was told that the driver was at an accident scene so it will be another 35-40 minutes, but the best part of all of this is when I called again after I found someone else I was told they canceled our towing schedule and we never received a call or a notification this was even done! So we were 2 1/2 waiting for someone who was never going to show up. Then I called again to give a complain to the manager as polite as I can because it was his employees who made the decisions to cancel and not inform us to the point that I had the manager hang up to me mid conversation. That to me was the most disgusting customer service I have ever experienced. Don't recommend to no one read more
