It would be utterly trite and super simplistic to say that like my 1987 stop smoking tape we're replacing the limiting thoughts with positive ones ... and we are, but this is on an emotionally global scale. I would offer that you can't be afraid of a hypnotherapist (making you cluck like a chicken 'cause that's just stage bullshit) having you become or do something you don't want to (because that's impossible, I speak from experience), but you CAN hire a skillful one to be like the worlds most talented (William, that is) Subconscious Mind Cave Guide ... which is me waxing poetic that I've witnessed him gently working with "me" and "my parts" to find the most skillful "path" towards more emotional freedom and ease.
