I have been trying to lose weight for years with different dieting programs and calorie counters and apps and everything. I tried Myfitnesspal, Cronometer, Lose It, Noom, programs from our gym, but the problem is that none of these changed my eating, they only monitored what I ate and so when I wasn't using the app or strictly following a program I would completely fall off the wagon and overeat and lose all my progress.
