I visited this restaurant when I spent a night in Acireale with my family, and I have to say, it left a lot to be desired. Our reservation was set for 9:00 PM, and we sat idly at our table until a waitress came to our table, 15 minutes later. We ordered a sparkling water, and it took 10 minutes to arrive, which was sort of unusual. I ordered an aubergine pasta, which I had eaten before on the trip, and it was edible, but not as good as the other aubergine pastas I have had. I ordered a Sicilian steak as my entree, and it took over an hour to prepare it. In addition, there was a very obnoxious family sitting at a nearby table. Their children were playing video games at a very high volume, which was disturbing the peace and serenity of being outdoors. Even though the volume was very high, nothing was done about it. When the steak finally arrived, it was somewhat tough, but otherwise tasty. We decided to get dessert at a nearby gelato place. All in all, my experience was somewhat mediocre, but I may return, as a few locals recommended it, and maybe it was just an off night for them.
