The worker apologized immediately and accepted that it was indeed his fault and removed the remainder of the tape in my home without incident. When I reached out to the company to discuss it, the owner became hostile on our first phone call. She remained hostile and combative in every interaction after. She threatened me with a lawyer (I still don't understand this at all as I never mentioned suing anyone, I just wanted her to make it right and asked her to stop screaming at me on the phone) and she sent snide emails to me. It took months to resolve and was an awful experience. The work done was adequate, but not excellent. The only above average part of the experience was the initial person who came to do the bid. He was professional and respectful. From there on it went downhill. I would never work with this company again, nor would I recommend anyone else work with them. The owner does not seem to care about her customers. UPDATE to add: They did eventually pay for the repair to the floor, but the owner/manager seemed to be deliberately horrible throughout the entire process.
