I am a seasoned professional business woman and have used numerous salons over the years. For the last 10 years, I have been going to Kelly. I have been a client of Kelly (the owner) for over 10 years. I have lived in Lancaster all my life but frequently travel to Manhattan for business. Before I found Kelly, I would frequently visit very expensive and well know salons while visiting Manhattan to assure I got a modern style with quality color processing. I went to Victoria Jo Lee Salon for the first time and absolutely loved the experience! I have lighter hair and decided to go darker with some highlights. I sat down with Lauren and discussed what I was thinking of doing with my hair. She took the time to listen to me and made some suggestions as to the color and highlighting that would look best with my skin tone with still using the idea that I had. After we discussed the hair color, we then discussed my hair cut. My hair was about shoulder length and I felt it was weighing my face down. I asked for suggestions and she said a mid-length bob would look great on me. I needed a change and decided to go for it and I am so happy! My hair color and cut look wonderful! Kelly has been cutting and coloring my hair long before she opened her own salon. She has always listened to what I want, made extremely helpful suggestions and has cut and colored my hair beautifully. I have had rave reviews from family and friends. When I first came to Kelly I had long hair and now I am enjoying short hair. She is excellent at cutting both styles. The new color by Deviines (Sp?) is so much better than what the other salon was using. Not only is the color beautiful but lasts and lasts. I might add that I am a blonde and usually color fades on my hair but not with this product. My husband and I have always been treated graciously and professionally at Kelly's salon. I live in New York City and visit Lancaster occasionally for a quiet retreat from the bustling city. On a recent trip I needed a haircut and the concierge at the hotel I was staying at suggested Victoria Jo Lee and I couldn't more happy! The staff was professional and attentive and the atmosphere at the salon was very welcoming. The stylist even gave me helpful, instructional information about how to maintain my haircut in the future. My girlfriend loved the way my hair was done and said it was better than any haircut I got in the city! First off I have very difficult hair to cut! I thought I thought I would give this salon a try. I called and the first appointment they had was in two weeks, they must be pretty busy.
