After several complaints they suggested I find another cleaning service so I switched to Merry Maids and never looked back! Victor does an incredible job of managing and training his workers. They are totally reliable and always ready to help with something extra. We have a big house and the cost of cleaning is very reasonable. I try to leave a tip for these hardworking people. Twice they have saved me from an enormous problem (once when a water pipe burst and once when there was a small electrical problem). Victor is always ready to help with any unusual request. Over the last 30 years there have been rare but occasional problems: sometimes the maids have emergencies or personal disasters, but Victor is always prepared to make good on his promise of satisfaction.
