They had some really good sales going on for Black Friday and Cyber Monday weekend, as throughout the holidays! The manager Laura couldn't be bothered to do a return while folding underwear and sent 4 people to an "associate in training" at the front of the store. Mind you, we were the only customers in the store at the time besides the 4 employees I saw. When I went back to ask laura if she could assist the associate with the returns due to the length of waiting for everyone, I got "we are the only two people here". She was literally just folding underwear. After I made my return, I asked the associate what the managers name was she refused to tell me and if Laura was the manager which she was. 20 minutes to return an online order is ridiculous. They're in the customer service industry and clearly shouldn't be. read more

Eriann was very helpful ordering a perfume that was not in store and had it mailed to me . She was helping multiple people at the same time , answering the phone and assisting customers with their questions and at the same time giving out great customer service by staying courteous to all of us . It's been a while since I shopped here. Pleased to find out they're having a bra and panty sale. You can get 5 panties for $30 and you can pick whichever style you want for the 5. Great price for 5. It's nice to shop around and not be bothered, yet employees are available if we need questions. As I was waiting, I had forgotten that you can order online and have your order delivered to the store or your home. Nice convenience. read more

Still the worst service ever. Each time I go into the store there are 5 or 6 employees walking around doing nothing and one with a line of people. This time I asked to be checked out and they again sent me to front of store where I stood behind 1 person who was having issues so I asked if I could go to the front and they refused to ring me up at the main register where they had just rung another customer up. After going back and forth I left my merchandise there and walked out frustrated for the 3rd time. I give up! Why hire employees if they sit around doing nothing? read more

I'm very disappointed with the Victoria's Secret in Redlands. I purchased over $100 worth of bras during a promotion and received the free tote bag that came with it. Unfortunately, the store did not carry g size bras in store, so I had to return them. When I made my purchase, the associate clearly told me that the tote did not need to be returned if I returned the bras. I relied on that information. However, when I came back to the Redlands location, I was told something completely different -- that the tote was required. By then, I no longer had it, which left me frustrated and embarrassed. What makes this even worse is the inconsistency between stores. At the San Bernardino Victoria's Secret, the staff gave me no issues about not having the tote and were extremely helpful with bra sizing and were very welcoming. They made me feel valued as a customer. The Redlands store, however, gave me the opposite experience -- inconsistent policies, poor communication, and unhelpful service. Because of this, I won't be shopping at the Redlands Victoria's Secret again. Customers deserve consistency and honesty, and until that happens, I'll take my business to San Bernardino Victoria secret :) read more

I was so happy we got a location but the employees don't represent the company well. I went in to buy a bra and needed to be fitted. Usually the sales person sticks with you until you're done but this one left. There's now a touch screen to let them know what you want but no one ever came. As I left I let them know but they didn't seem to know it's a good opportunity to assist right then and just left me there standing. Also, staff looks physically unkept, sort of sloppy with a hoodie off the shoulder, unkept hair. When they speak it's like talking to a teenager that's being bothered. Went shopping at this location, and there was only one register open. There were 4/5 people standing in line and this is other sales associate comes to have one of the people standing in line go to the back. Naturally I thought she was going to open the back one because her collage was taking a while and figured she was going to assist her. That was not the case, when me and my fiancé were follow the other customer, the sales associate told us "I'm sorry, I'm only pulling CERTAIN people." Like excuse me???? The lady that she was helping didn't have that much stuff and I only had two items. We then went back the front and we stood in line for about 15 minutes. Very u professional and I don't appreciate that comment, she is only assisting CERTAIN people. Didn't catch her name she was wearing a light blue sweatshirt. Great location but lacking in customer service. The store only had one other customer and 5 associates on the floor. No one greeted me, asked if I needed help or told me about any promos that were going on. I looked around for a bit but ended up leaving. It was oddly quiet. The other locations are usually more upbeat and friendly. I hate leaving bad reviews but the whole experience was bizarre. read more

The single line to ONE cashier and the cashier that does not know the name of the district manager or the name of the manager is one thing... (well The cashier said they were not allowed to give out the name of the Manager ?) and the line to cash out is very long, 8 people long... but a snotty girl named Kim NOT HELPING people is all I need to know I will NOT be coming back. Victoria's Secret, get it together! No one really thinks that this snotty girl and her snotty attitude is great Customer Service! You can do a lot better. There are many many women in Redlands who could do a fabulous job but these girls... No, they are horrible, get rid of them!!! I will return to Victoria's Secret in Rancho Cucamonga! I would've given them zero stars if that was available! I would have left and gone to Rancho if I hadn't needed a gift card ASAP! On second thought, I should have just given cash as a gift... I went to this location in the beginning of July to get some items for my girls before a sale ended. When I went to pay, I noticed that I didn't have my VS card on me (I'm an authorized user on my husbands account). I attempted to use my DL to render payment which I absolutely have done this before in this location. One girl proceeded the transaction and told me no since I was just an authorized user, I could not use my DL. Okay whatever I was on my lunch break (I WFH so I don't get ready besides showering and putting on a pair of leggings). I said OKAY let me apply for a card then. I put in my info, and she looked at me and said "NOPE YOU DIDN'T GET APPROVED" I looked at her with astonishment and thinking to myself WTH? Okay whatever let me just pay for the items. Later that week I call VS to see why I couldn't use my DL to make a purchase. But the VS representative did tell me that my application was approved instore on the day that I went. I was lied too by the employee. Employees at this location are rude, & judgmental. PLEASE VS GET BETTER AT HIRING PEOPLE. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK read more

The customer service is okay. Every time I come here it always seems like the employees can't help me out with the coupons I receive. Every-time single time I get told coupons have been used but I don't use them. I go to another Victoria and it seems to work fine there. Customer service sucks! How do they expect you to spend hundreds if they can't even do anything to help you. Seems like no one there wants to do anything. I went in today to spurge on my gf. Letting her get what she wants and we go to the back to ring up the stuff and the lady at the desk was like "oh you're waiting? We are actually pulling people from the front desk back here " ( mind you, there's no line in the front or in the back) and the sign says " online pick up". Why are u going to have us walking back and forth for? And why even have the back desk if you are going to have people go to the front at the online pick up? Ridiculous. POOR MANAGEMENT read more

If i could leave 0 stars, i would. I'm adding on to what seems like the general experience of everyone that came here. The customer service is horrendous. These girls act like they dont wanna do anything or help out customers. They expect to get paid by just watching customers waiting in line. I still dont understand why you cant check out in the back/normal checkout area, they send you back to the front where the entrance is to be checked out by one person. That being said, we get sent there to check out and there is already a long line. We wait for 20 mins because this one girl was exchanging a lot of items, however as the line grows, the other employees dont seem to care. Finally one girl comes to the line and says that she can take a few people to the back to check out. we follow as we were second in the queue. Suddenly while waiting after we go back, this rude employee tells us to go back to the front saying that we were never supposed to go to the back even though the other girl said we could. So, we go back to the line in the front but we had lost our place in the line so we're more far in the queue so even when the employee pulls people to the front, we are still waiting. Then that rude employee comes back to the front and says we can go to the back. Then what was the point of telling us we couldn't be in the back for check out? Couldve saved so much more time on both ends. Anyway as we're walking back, she tells us that she quote "told you that i could take you guys to the back", um no you didnt??? then why did you sent us back before, does this girl have short term memory loss? Meanwhile the other girl goes on break while the line in the front is still growing. There is ZERO management in this place. Customer service, always long line they are so slow, disorganized and slow. The 2 time I have been there I witnessed rudeness to other customers. Today when front cashier till crashed, they marched us back to the one in back of store. Pushed us in front of the 2 people that had been waiting. And when the customers where up set, they where told, they don't have to wait they had the option to leave! read more

Redlands Victoria's Secret is a great place to shop. The customer service is awesome and the store is very clean . Out of all the stores in the area this is the only place that I choose to shop . I strongly recommend Redlands Victoria's Secret, you will never regret the experience . read more

I shopped here on a Tuesday afternoon. There were 3 associates and a few customers. The associate who helped me was very helpful with getting the most use out of the coupons I had and she helped me pick out fragrance mists which were free with my purchase.
