I put the order in by 10:00, 3 o'clock rolls around, I called my daughter to check on how her birthday was going. She did not mention receiving the flowers. I reached out to Starluck to check on the arrangement. I was immediately placed on hold for over 20 minutes. I hung up tried to call back several times to only hear the same music I had listened to for over 20 minutes. My daughter gets off work at 4 o'clock. At this point, I am guessing I will still be on hold with this unprofessional company. DO NOT go through Starluck, I thought this was a locally owned business. There are several great florist in Ellis county. I was in a rush and accidentally picked this company. NEVER AGAIN!!! Whatever you do, do not us Starluck, it outsources to florist. The way this company handles their customers, I do not trust the orders are getting to florist in a timely manner. They charge the same prices if not more, so you are not saving money. Stay clear from any company that cannot answer their customers phone calls or make their deliveries in a timely manner. Starluck is Badluck !!!
