On a visit to Stirling in the spring, two weary travelers stopped in for some breakfast. We were directed here by the information center in the nearby shopping mall and we had exactly the breakfast we needed. The food was plain, filling grub that kept us full during a long morning of sight seeing. I liked that you could order what you wanted from a long list of breakfast items and had the choice of the number of things you wanted. I had my first experience with vegetarian haggis and, although I can't say i have too much experience with it, really enjoyed it!
In summation, this place was quaint, comfortable, filling, and affordable. It might not be winning any fine dining awards, but it doesn't have to. If a good, old fashioned breakfast is what you seek, seek no further. read more
