I went into pink and was disappointed that they don't carry any bra sizes that are 40. I looked around the whole store and just wish I could have tried something on. Deondra who worked there was amazing. She was like I know I'm sorry, she listened to me and she turned my sour mood right away. I went here with my daughter to buy some underwear. I'm sure they're going have a sale in a few weeks but we needed the items now. The staff was very helpful and we were able to find what we needed. Victoria's Secret is alittle meh. Guess over the years, I just got over it. I used to buy things from them every season. For people who want to shop- they do have the same promotions plus seasonal sales. Now, I generally go to the pink section for my teenage niece. She loves their T-shirt's and loungewear. Recently they had some great promotions going on. I really liked the options for her T-shirt's but the tights/lounge pants were just ok in material quality and craftsmanship. This particular location in Boca is generally busier in the pink section of the store but the customer service is non existent. But they usually have sizes. Size wise it's a good sized store with VS and pink store connected together in one. Overall, I'll still go to check them out but traditionally don't go out of my way to having a must stop here when visiting town center mall. ~ read more

I made a purchase and when I tried returning the items the manager Julie came up and informed me that I would not be returning the items today since I did not bring in the free gift they gave me when I made the initial buy. I went ahead and walked out with all my items and what she failed to pay attention to is that the remainder of what I did not return was worth 150.00 of which I did have left on the purchase receipt. I drove an hour out of the way to get these items here and she made it seem like I could just go home and come back: never shopping at this location again! Both employees to the left and right fed into it as well, adding to the poor customer service. I told her that I knew she was talking about me and that was very rude. She did not respond. Then when I asked what her name was so I could report her, she responded " You don't need my name!", exact words in a rude and snippy attitude. After asking who the manager was, one happened to be at the register at that time, which explained CARMENs change in attitude to fakely thanking my for my purchase. Once I explained my poor customer service experience to the two managers present, neither seemed surprised. And one gave me a coupon. I let one of the managers know that CARMEN would not give me her name. Then one manager told CARMEN that they have to give their names now...What? You work here, and rude as can be, why would you be allowed to not give your name? That doesn't even make sense. And that also doesn't account for the rude way she responded: "You don't need my name!" The rudeness and disrespectfulness is truly appalling. It's Semi Annual time and this location is open for in store shopping! I love shopping this sale because you can get items up to 50% off (bras, panties and body care). I knew what I wanted but needed help with sizing, with COVID-19 you can't get fitted for a bra (which is understandable) the sales associate was able to ask me questions and by looking at me she was right on with my bra and panty size. That shows that she is a expertise at what she does. She walked around the entire store with me showing me different styles and I really appreciate that. My only negative experience was the long wait time to check out, I waited about 35 minutes as they only had one associate on registers. To me that's unacceptable and customers shouldn't be waiting around to check out for such a long time. read more

I love shopping at Victoria secret, I usually tell my close friends that if we pass in front of a VS store then they need to pull me away from it because I always go and check out their new collections and up buying lots rip to my card. But my friends weren't there yesterday! As soon as I walked in, a nice lady I think her name was Julie and she started showing me some beautiful laces collection had to get the black and red ones! Then showed me a few sales they had. Till she showed me the new For Love And Lemons collections oh love had to get some new dresses that I could wear for a nice dinner date or to an upscale family tradition. Unfortunately the dressing rooms are closed so you can't really try anything and they are not allowed to measure you for your bra size. read more

I was at this Victorias secret today and was helped by the sweetest, most helpful lady named Donna. She seriously helped my friend and I so much. It is obvious she is extremely experienced and knows what shes doing when helping with bra sizing. I thought all along i was 2 cup sizes smaller than I was and she helped tell me my real size and pointed out all reasons why. First experience at this store was amazing. The only thing was the price was a little pricey, as the items are very nice quality, more bra sales like pink has (usually a 2 for 50 something would be nice) I now feel way more comfortable in a bra. The staff at this location is beyond rude and can't be bothered to help you. They talk to you like you are garbage and when you don't understand something they explain it with an attitude. Store is a mess. Items placed in the wrong section and I was told "you grabbed the wrong item..." no honey, it's your store - you put the item in the wrong place, and then you say, "you have to go to the other side of the store and grab the right item." I don't HAVE to do anything. If you don't want my business just say so...your stuff isn't worth the price and you treat your customers like trash. Never buying VS ever again. Had several coupons and caught a sale, so I was able to save over $60. Had never gone to this particular location, so I was a bit confused as to why no salespeople were attacking me from the get go. She was nice, but I think they must have a limited amount of salespeople as she couldn't leave a certain area. I've been to the VS in Boca mall several times (I grew up nearby) and I had to go today to exchange some stuff from Christmas. The one star is not for the merchandise but the customer service. Every person that I encountered today was rude. They seriously need an attitude adjustment. I concluded it's just because it's Boca since I don't run into this issue at other stores. I asked if I could exchange items purchased at VS at Pink and they said yes, I got to Pink and they told me I could not. Kind of annoying that the answers are never consistent, but no problem. I just got a gift card to use at Pink. The girl who rung me up was not friendly at all and literally slammed my bag on the counter. Seriously? First off, I love VS, and shop here several times a year. I always find what I am looking for and ordering off their website is easy. But, this location is in serious need of a qualified store manager who can handle the volume this store generates. The customer service is hit or miss, mostly miss. Apparently most of the sales associates are Assistant Managers or Key Holders. Is everyone a manager in this store? And if they are, they are in desperate need of a District or Regional Manager to stop in and take a peek at the lack of real management that they obviously are in need of. Three different people told me that they discontinued the Vanilla Lace body lotion. I was disappointed but I understand that items get discontinued, it's life. Imagine my surprise when I noticed an entire section of Vanilla Lace. Are you kidding me? And the third person who told me it was discontinued was a manager. OMG, how can a store manager not know what they have on the shelves and why on earth tell customers that the product in question has been discontinued. They are featuring a few new coconut scents for the summer. Coconut Passion, Coconut Sea and I believe one or two other ones. Again, the "manager" tells me they only have one coconut fragrance, so I asked her why the display has a few different ones. Her response and I quote "I didn't know", but yet she is a manager and role model for the sales team. I rated this as a three star review because they carry a large inventory, the tables and racks are usually neatly organized and I usually find some nice things to add to my collection. This store is really in need of qualified management. Without knowledgeable management, how can the sales associates do their jobs efficiently? The service and expertise of the original professionals are now gone, replaced by tweens looking for your size in the drawers and calling over three other people to help her find it. I have always loved Victoria's Secret. I did not think there could be any possibility that I could love it even more. Two things happened simultaneously: I received a shirt from Stitch Fix (love them!) with an open back, so I needed appropriate lingerie. Also, unbeknownst to me until I arrived at the store, I had changed bra size dramatically. I approached an associate who appeared to be very fashionable. She introduced herself, Nadine, and immediately went to work solving both problems. She worked with me patiently for close to an hour. She was not only excellent at making suggestions; she also provided much needed encouragement. After all, this type of shopping can be a bit challenging for anyone! I purchased several items and even returned a month later to stock up on similar items in different colors, making certain that Nadine received the commission even though she was not present that day. I explained to her manager that Nadine was incredibly professional and helpful and the manager was very receptive to my comments. Look for Nadine on your next visit! read more

THAT and shoes of course! :) I'm NOT a fan of their bras, but DO; however, attend their regular event special of 7 for $26 panties mix/match sale which is quite comical in itself. Various women of all shapes and sizes frantically search for their particular size in ALL the top bins and drawers for their SEVEN panties/cheeksters/hipsters and thongs in a conglomerate female frenzy. I ALMOST want to do a video and post it here but I DON'T think the customers would like to be filmed and the store probably wouldn't care for THIS type of exposure. LOL In any case, there is no lacking in cleanliness, store presentation or staff friendliness/willingness to assist. Haven't shopped at VS for awhile but received a coupon in the mail so dropped in to get a bra yesterday around 4pm. I picked out what I needed on my own, shopped around for probably 20 minutes, and when I needed a room (I was on the PINK side at this point), no one was around to help me. So I walked to the very front of the store to ask a girl if she could open a room. She then tracked down someone else who reluctantly walked me back to start a room. I came out and she was finishing ringing up one customer at the PINK register so I waited behind her to be helped. The employee then says to me, "Go over to the other register. It will be faster." I had been over there about 5 minutes before and there was a long line so with hope and faith, I walked over to the other register on the VS side and stood in line there for about 10 minutes to be rung up. Clearly bad service all around- a customer should never have to be told to go somewhere else to be rung up and should be serviced on their terms. Honestly, I think VS has a fallen off over the years. VS used to be the classier option for lingerie when compared to their competition, mainly Frederick's of Hollywood. These days VS has pushed to serve a seemingly younger demographic, namely teens. The quality of the merchandise has fallen off considerably and is really not anywhere as nice as they present it to be. OK lingerie at best. read more

Im new to the area, 7 months now. My sister came to visit. She wanted some items from here. She is partially blind and apparently stood in the wrong line. I was shopping and not paying attention. She stood for a very long time and no one acknowledged her or even told her she had stood in the wrong place. After about 15 mins they told her she was in the wrong place,,even though she had been standing at the counter for an extended period of time they wanted her to go to the end of the line and continue to stand. This store is always really crowded and merchandise is picked over. I always have trouble finding current merchandise in my size. If I want something in a collection that is just released, I have to plan on going the first day it's released, otherwise I won't get it. The girls are sweet but the managers are rude. Every time I go in I'm always given dirty looks. I'm uncomfortable to ask where something is, or if they'll ever have smalls in ANYTHING. You're better off ordering online. The long lines are awful and the employees are always new which is a hassle when you're trying to avoid dilemma after waiting in line for an hour. I'd rather online shop than go in a mall. Especially town center Boca mall. Always packed. Needed to go into vicky's to get resized and buy just one or two new bras. Being big busted, I always hate this experience. I often have to be measured and have done it at various different vickys. They're always nice. Size me up, offer bras that would fit well and check in on me. But VICTORIA (yes, her name is Victoria and she works at Victoria's Secret)... Victoria is my bra Svengali. U would think she sews the bras herself! She was just super knowledgeable, shared all of her good-bra-fitting secrets and would not stop until I was satisfied (and that was tough). She did all this with a full dressing room and providing the same A+ service to everyone else. This young lady hustled and hustled. She did not pause. She went from fitting room to fitting room checking in, recommending new bras, giving advice, going to the stock room and getting new bras, etc. I can't say enough great things about her work ethic and knowledge of bra fits and body shapes. The only reason I select 2 stars is because I love the brand, even though it's getting overpriced. This store is a joke, I usually go online and see what I like and go try it at the store. They have a promotion going on of a $25 gift card when you purchase 3 bras or sports bras full price. I love promos and I never shop in VS without them, and j make sure I read the fine line. The lady at the register didn't even know there was a promo going on so she had to ask, and whoever she asked refused to give me the credit because they had to be full price sports bras (which they where and they where not even the cheapest ones!)... Long story short I made my purchase with all my other coupons and left... Called corporate and a nice guy asked for my receipt number to see if everything was right and sent me the coupon via mail because IT DID QUALIFY..... As a retail employee I dislike rudeness towards customers because I make sure to give my very best customer service, so socially to someone who shops about once a month in the store...
