The clothes are made well and very hip! In addition to clothes they also sell accessories and perfume, those are cheaper than the clothes, but also lower quality.

We walked into your store without a greeting. We had an appointment and we were just told to wait to the side until they could locate my daughter's Consultant. Shaylynn was my daughter's consultant. She asked my daughter about the Dresses that she had already selected. Shaylynn couldn't find the selection on her tablet, so my daughter brought up the pictures and Shaylynn took pictures of my daughter's pictures on her phone. Shaylynn did a great job picking dresses. However, that's where it ended. My daughter's matron of honor was the one that helped my daughter in the dressing room putting dresses on and off, tying up her corsets, and holding dresses together that didn't fit. When we asked for some kind of bungee to hold the dress together, we were given what looked like two chip clips and a rubber band. This was my daughter's bridal experience. I would think after all these years, David's bridal would step up and become a bridal store that competes with all the other others.. If my daughter chose a dress there, I'm trying to think who would've gotten the commission because no offense Shaylynn was just picking dresses. My daughter's matron of honor did all the work. Luckily, we went to another Bridal shop that actually treated my daughter like a bride. That experience is what we expected and we received. My daughter did say yes to the dress at that shop. My daughter was treated special and as a person not just a face in a building of dresses. Let me end this by saying there was another group at the other bridal shop that had just left your facility who was talking about how awful their experience was at your facility. This makes me wonder how embellished your 4.8 rating is.

She told me she was a newer employee and had only been there about a month, I would have thought she had years of experience! On top of that my dress was a very reasonable price. Had a very great experience with Candy and David's Bridal. *EDIT TO ADD* When I went to pickup my dress the manager got my dress for me and put me in a fitting room to see how it fit, she then proceeded to disappear, and I went in alone so I had no one to help me zip it up. I stood outside the dressing room and no one came by to help so I got my dress and left. Was very displeased with my second time there. But still stand by how incredible Candy was on my first visit.

Customer service is practically non-existent. The last two times I was in the store and had a…read more"where is..." question, the responses were 1) I have no idea; and 2) I don't work in that department. Both of these empoyees were 30+ years old. I quit this store (on Grape Rd) for a while because I was so frustrated by operations. Guess I need to not give them my business anymore, as it apparently isn't needed.
