When I told her I was told by a representative at the South Bend store it could be taken care of at either store, she interrupted her lunch and took the walker to the back room. In less than a minute she returned and told me it cannot be repaired at Elkhart. I then left the store, angry. Fortunately, I found a screw in the back of my car. It must have fallen when the walker was placed in the car. I had the proper tools to fix it myself and did so. Problem solved! Will not go to the Elkhart store again nor recommend it to anyone.
