Very small store Great associates

This store is only getting 2 stars for inventory and neatness. The staff is so rude it's ridiculous!! As military, we move a lot and have dealt with numerous stores in the country. By far this store is the worst I've ever been in and I absolutely hate going in; but as an Angel Black card holder and this being the only store for 75 miles, I have no choice. They refuse to do even exchanges without receipts, they refuse to allow promotions for both my purchases and my daughter's separate purchases if I pay for both, they do not greet you at all, muchless when you enter, and the associates spend more time in a huddle gossiping than roaming the floor helping customers. Of large importance is the manager, with wavy blonde hair and glasses, who obviously enjoys making sure she devalues you as a customer by telling you all the unsatisfactory things she will or will not do making you not even want to shop in the store. The manager from my previous store even called the manager of this store to introduce me and tell them what type of customer I am. The response was negative and this manager said "this is my store, I don't care what you do there". I have a habit of paying off my Angel card and maxing it out 4 times a year. I can see that I will be waiting to make my purchases online or when I go home at a store that does appreciate me! read more

Is it is right in the Mall of Salomon Run Mall of Watertown, NY. Couldn't complain; the Victoria Secrets store is fashionably Mall big, not even too tight. I would recommend shopping there too. The service is great! I ask a question and if they show me what I am looking for, the ladies know what to say and where to show me of what I am looking for. read more

The sales staff was horrible! They were too busy trying clothes on in the dressing rooms and when I came out of my dressing room the one not trying clothes on was just face in phone ignoring everyone. The ONLY one who was nice and helpful was new and still training. I have never been in a worse VS ever! read more
