I was emailed to promotion per deal on underwear so being the great girl and I am asked my boyfriend to pick it up. He said let's just go to the store so you can buy what you want and look at what you want. Well apparently I didn't read the fine print, which is totally yummy. The promotions online are way different than the store and this is why businesses are going under not the employees fault they were attentive, well mannered and we did buy stuff. Do not shop here. I recently spent $164 at the store. At the time I asked if I could return the items just to be safe. The cashier said of course. You can do so within the next 30 days. Well I tried to return some items today and they refused to accept them because I didn't have the free "gift" they gave me with purchase that I never asked for when I bought them. Staff was absolutely no help at all. Stay away from this location or just skip the overpriced Victoria's Secret stores entirely. read more

I went to return a piece of lingerie and was told that I was not able to return it after I was asked twice if I was sure I didn't want to exchange it for something else. Then the manager came over and said it looked like it had been worn which it absolutely had not and the tags were on it! She said if I wanted to return it I would need to bring it to the location that I bought it from which I did and had absolutely NO issue! I will never buy from there again! read more

I came with girlfriends to catch up on the new swimwear collection. The staff was very helpful and patient. The dressing rooms were closed because of Covid precautions. But everyone was kind and professional. There are so many VS stores everywhere, but Im only coming to this one to get my VS favorites. read more

This location is quite large and has a separate PINK store with in it. They also had a big selection of items that I had been looking for but couldn't find in other VS stores. The staff wasn't very helpful during my visit. I made a purchase and had to return to the register to remind the cashier that I wasn't given a reward card that was supposed to come with my purchase. She apologized and corrected the situation. I'm not sure if she was new but I haven't had to correct a cashier in VS in a longtime. Id return in the future only because of their get selection of products. read more

I have frequented this location in the Westchester mall for years. The cleanliness and organization of the store has consistently improved, as well as the staff/overall service. The space is huge and I appreciate the separate PINK store as not all locations have this. I felt compelled to leave this review after the exceptional service I received a couple of week ago. I came in looking for some new bras but wasn't quite sure what I wanted or what my current size was (my weight fluctuates quite a bit and it had been a couple years since I purchased a bra from VS). The manager, Justin, was more than helpful and accommodating. Most importantly, he made me feel very comfortable. The staff helped me find different sizes and styles with ease. I never felt like I was bothering or inconveniencing anyone at the store which has definitely been an issue at other locations I've been to. Victoria's Secret has been my go-to lingerie/sportswear store for over a decade. I am delighted to report back about the wonderful customer service I received while purchasing gifts for myself over the holidays (I tend to treat myself whilst I'm in a holiday mood...or really any mood lol). I am an indecisive person, so I was looking for some guidance while choosing some new nighties and sports bras. The manager, Justin, happily assisted me in my purchases and helped me find all the fun and sexy options the store had to offer. I was shopping for a style I have never owned and he was able to point me in the right direction as far as product selection goes. He gave me great advice, made me feel comfortable, knew the product well, and just made my experience really memorable. I wound up purchasing 2 adorable sports bras and 2 "angel-esque" sultry nighties. I am VERY pleased with these purchases! This VS location is expertly run and managed.
