I came in to pick up an online order and the wonderful associate Kimberly helped me. I tried on the…read morebra I had ordered before processing my pick up and wasn't happy with how it fit. Kimberly spent the next hour helping me figure out what fit best for me and help determine what size I actually am. I ended up exchanging the bra I had ordered for something else and she applied the same promotions I had used to save me some money since none of the bras were on sale like they had been the week before. Kimberly was so friendly and knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable that I could trust her judgment on the fit of the bras and she pulled what she felt would be best for what I was looking for.

She created a psychologically safe (after all you're trying on bras), educational and warm space all at once.
