She was condescending and proceeded to tell me they don't take back things without tags and I said well I cut the tags off and washed them and went to put on and they tore. She huffed and then went to find another pair as if I was the greatest inconvenience ever. And then as she does the exchange she continues on with her condescending tone and says (as if to make sure I never ever do this again...now mind you the stores product tore with normal use and I just drove 40 minutes one way to return them) that they will not take items back that don't have a tag but because it's defective she will. The whole episode was so off putting that I don't think I will ever return. It's a shame because my first encounter was so lovely and she was so helpful. This second lady shouldn't be working in retail if she feels the need to treat someone who obviously spent almost $200 just a few days earlier like that. Very disappointing.
