Came in hesitant, one due to some bad reviews on here and two, I always assumed Soma was more expensive than Victoria Secret. After having my daughter, finding a bra I liked has been impossible unless it's Lululemon. And lulu sports bras don't always work under tank tops and dresses. I was greeted by Lisa and told the whole store (besides the underwear and one type of bra) was 40% off, ending today. I had already seen the prices of a few of their bras after I had came in and was pleasantly surprised they were a little cheaper then VS, and SUPER soft. Felt just like my "cloud" lulu bras. After planning on only getting one bra, I left with three that all fit me perfectly. Lisa helped me with sizes and wasn't overbearing. Very informative. As if I was working with family. She rang me through the register and signed me up to become a member so I could get the 40%. I'll definitely be back. read more

I purchased almost $200 worth of bras and parties in this store on 4/20/23 with the help of a wonderful associate (receipt says her name is Lisa) and she is the reason for the additional star. BUT I took the underwear home and cut the tags off and washed them before wearing as any normal person would!! On 4/26,less than a week later, I went to put on one of the 10 pairs I had purchased and they tore at the leg opening. I live 40 minutes away but took them back that day and was treated horribly during the entire exchange (receipt says her name is Diana). She was condescending and proceeded to tell me they don't take back things without tags and I said well I cut the tags off and washed them and went to put on and they tore. She huffed and then went to find another pair as if I was the greatest inconvenience ever. And then as she does the exchange she continues on with her condescending tone and says (as if to make sure I never ever do this again...now mind you the stores product tore with normal use and I just drove 40 minutes one way to return them) that they will not take items back that don't have a tag but because it's defective she will. The whole episode was so off putting that I don't think I will ever return. It's a shame because my first encounter was so lovely and she was so helpful. This second lady shouldn't be working in retail if she feels the need to treat someone who obviously spent almost $200 just a few days earlier like that. Very disappointing. read more

It had been quite awhile since I'd been bra shopping, but I knew that Soma had the quality and fit I needed (from previous purchases). My go-to sales rep is Christine, and I was extremely happy to find her working that day. She took her time to measure me, listened to my needs, gave me ample choices, and great advice. Christine is a true professional who sincerely cares for her customers; this is obvious. I ended up purchasing 4 bras, and all are custom fitted for my needs. Bottom line: I will continue shopping with Christine at Soma here and greatly appreciate her superb customer service. read more

I will never shop at Victoria's Secret again for my bras or lingerie the customer service I received from Bonnie was amazing... I lost weight so my bra size is complicated.. she took the time.. and found me 4 beautiful bras that I love and feel sexy and confident in! A colleague of mine was the first to bring me into one of these stores - she was shopping for Christmas and practically forced me to enter - and then I touched a fabric - she had commented on their clothes were the softest ever and one touch later and I was a believer. So - when we drove through this mall - and I spotted this store - I wanted my wife to check it out. What's better then soft clothes on a woman? She felt, she agreed and 15 minutes later we were leaving with some softness I'd feel later! Absolute worst shopping experience of my life there tonight. I have recently lost a lot of weight and need a new bra. Soma has some of the most comfortable out there. I walked in and asked to be measured. She told me I was a B. I told her I had not been a B since I was 14. I told her what size and style I was looking for and it was like she wasn't listening. She brought 5 bras to the dressing room and NONE of them were the size I asked for. They were all to small. I finally just got dressed and as I was leaving I told her why I was leaving and asked why she couldn't provide what I asked for and she wouldn't even answer me. I am in town on vacation and need to leave for a funeral and needed a "non vacation" bra so walked 2 stores down and was given wonderful service from Victorias Secret. I am so angry that I couldn't get what I needed. I'm so angry that I was completely overlooked in terms of my requests. It will take me a long time to go back to Soma. I will never go back to this one. Beware of them pushing something on you because maybe they are out of stock of what you really need! read more

I would have given this store a ZERO but that's not an option. I took my wife to be fitted for a bra. I do not understand why my wife, who has been a 34C since puberty, was measured as a triple D. That visit did two things. It made my wife feel like crap, because although she still fits inside her 34C bras, the measurement made her "feel fat." This visit also ruined a potentially great weekend because it was "my fault." I somehow should have known this place would have dramatically different sized bras for women. read more

I ordered bras online by the size chart. Once they arrived it was obvious they were way too small. I decided I wouldn't just go to the store (an hour one way) to be fitted in person and try them on. I went to the counter and told the lady that they were too small and I wanted to exchange. They were 34D's and she brought me a 34DD. I tried it on and told her it was still too small and the band needed to go up to a 36. Her response was "let me see" aggravated. I'm perfectly capable of knowing if it's too tight. Any how she brought me a 36DD and I still felt like the cup size was too small. She insisted this was the right size. She said she didn't have any DDD I could try on. Then she brought me a nursing bra in a 36DDD that was nothing like what I had and of course it didn't fit ‍ I was so over it at that point I just exchanged and left. The next morning I put the bra on and as soon as I bent over to pick something up off the floor I spilled out of the bra. I can't wear these and I told her they were too small. I spent $104 on bras that are no good to me. So no I don't recommend this place at all. She never even offered to measure me this was my first experience with/at Soma and will certainly be my last read more

This evening after numerous phone calls to speak to someone and no answers to a very specific medical condition- decided to go in. salesperson asked since they were closing in 10 minutes to please let's make a selection as I had just walked in. I loved my experience at Soma, all thanks to Kathy Ann! My daughter and I went in to get properly fitted for bras. Kathy Ann put the two of us in a dressing room, and did a beautiful job of fitting both of us in bras. But, then she started bring us the clothes! Oh, what beautiful clothes, and they fit and complimented my figure so well. Kathy Ann did this for two hours, and made my daughter and I feel so special. Of the many things Kathy Ann did not overdo the compliments about the fit of the clothes on me. If it was the right fit she said so. If it was not she said lets try something else. That is what I want in a shop. Don't hurt my feelings, but tell me that is not the best fit, or look for you. Kathy Ann, went though every step of our shopping experience with us, she pampered us, for the whole two hours we were under her care.
