Victor is absolutely amazing!!! He does impeccable work, honest and hardworking! He gives you a quote and sticks to it no matter how hard the job. I had client who was prepping his home for sale and I thought the toilets needed to be replaced they were so bad but victor went all the way to Lompoc to find the solution he researched that would bring them from gray and murky to porcelain white. Literally a miracle before our eyes! Came back two days in a row to finish the job and never made me feel bad about the tall task. I greatly appreciate his knowledge and professionalism. Happiness is a clean house and Victor's Cleaning Service delivers. Keoki and Victor are prompt to respond, worked within our strange schedule, and made our house look and smell great. We have three cats and a dog and with their fur and the lovely Santa Maria dust well- it wasn't pretty here! They buckled down for the deep clean and everything from the floors to the windows to the stainless steel appliances to the bathrooms now sparkles. We had a little schedule issue for the estimate but worked it out with good text communication. Two of the team weren't able to come on deep cleaning day but Keoki and Victor did as much as they could and then came BACK the next day to finish. These people are waaaayyyy too expensive. I had to call them back because I wasn't sure if the estimate they gave me was to clean the house or build a new one! They must have thought I was a Trump supporter. They are probably ok to use if you are requiring a cleaning for moving out but for routine cleaning its a complete rip-off. read more

I found these guys on Yelp and feel compelled to give a review. The first time they cleaned my house it was worth the $ spent. The next several times, I feel they were comfortable in knowing I wanted this service on a regular basis and the cleaning was not great; therefore, did not meet my expectations. This last time I specifically left a text message and a note about how to clean the floors. It was not done (floors were dirty) and they offered to come back but I declined. A few other things were not cleaned like I requested. Also, the communication has also been lacking, trying to schedule future appointments and never getting a response until I send multiple texts before finally a response. UPDATE: Since my experience did not meet my expectation, the owner reached out to me and came over and did a fantastic job. I'm quite sad to give this review because I never got to the point of them actually cleaning my house. Based on the reviews below and Keoki being so friendly and professional on the phone I was happy to set up an appointment for a cleaning estimate. All of my information was taken and we set a time the next day since they would already be in my area. I ran home to make sure I wouldn't miss them, but 30 min passed with no visit and no phone call. I left a message for Keoki who called me back within 15 min and said Victor was running late and on his way. Sadly 30 more minutes passed with no phone call and no Victor which put us at 1 1/2 hours past our appointment time. I'm always very understanding about people running late and such, but there was no respect for my time (especially during my work day) and they didn't proactively communicate so that we could at least reschedule which would've been fine. They really sounded great, but ultimately couldn't deliver. read more

We've decided to have them come out weekly because they were so efficient and good. Another big plus for them is they communicate via text and they are on time.
