Just WOW. Couldn't believe the difference, definitely went above and beyond to make sure he did a great job and our windows came out crystal clear for reasonable cost. Jonny was able to reach one of our windows that would be a challenge to get to since the building connects to the train tracks and with it being two-story it was about 20-30 feet high. Came out perfect! Highly recommend and will be scheduling our next appointment with him soon. :)

Not only does this company service our house for window cleaning, solar cleaning and roof washing, but they also install professional Christmas lights. These guys are awesome! They put up our Christmas lights again this year and did such a great job. The best part is I don't even have to deal with storing the lights -- they keep them for me and I just rent them back each year when it's time to decorate. Totally hassle-free. The crew was super friendly, quick, and my house looks amazing. It looks as if our house came out of a Christmas magazine. This is our second year using them and honestly couldn't appreciate them doing this for us, as I don't want to be climbing a ladder and storing boxes of lights in our garage. read more

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Installed Christmas lights last year for an exorbitant amount of money neglecting to tell us that we wouldn't actually own the lights we were just leasing them. I would never have paid that much to rent Christmas lights. I think that they are nothing but a bunch of scam artists read more

We had Pop's Soft Wash come out and clean our windows at Pismo Bowl in Pismo Beach twice now and both times the service was great and the prices are very reasonable. They cleaned the inside, outside, glass doors, small windows, large window, and our signs, he did it all! I would definitely recommend giving these guys a call to anyone needing a deep clean! However, we'd wouldn't mind paying more for really good work...so we checked the reviews on Yelp and contacted Aragonz Cleaning. Emely replied and visited the next day to assess the situation. My wife and Emely spent about 20 minutes walking through our place and had a friendly chat about various items. I thought Emely was very personable and she promised to send us an estimated cost for a monthly cleaning the next day. A few things to note. We live in the Trilogy development in Nipomo...our house is 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with 1,910 square feet, but the area to be cleaned is closer to 1,750...and people tell us we keep the property almost spotless. Emely's estimate was $750 for each visit. While I'm sure she'd do a very good job, that number seems to include what's called a "Trilogy premium". All of our previous cleaners were 2 person teams who spent 2-3 hours and charged $150-200. Regarding our rating - Emely and her crew might do a 5 star job, but her $750 request for a small tidy home was way off the mark. So 3 stars seems to be most reasonable.

I hired this company to clean the downstairs of my split level home. We had some renovations done…read moreand getting ready to move in. I sent her a video walk through and explained that the dust needed to be cleaned from surfaces and the floors. Very basic things, which she agreed was not an issue. It should have been an easy job since nobody lived here and no furniture. The day of... she showed up very late, I had to call and ask when she was going to show up. She couldn't follow basic instructions on where the lock box was. She couldn't figure out how to open a basic sliding door. She refused to clean sticky residue because she didn't bring the right cleaning supply for it. She left and sent pictures after she left... not while she was still there in case I saw something that needed fixing. It was very hard to tell from the pictures how clean things were. I sent my neighbor over to check it right after the left... the door was left unlocked and the floors were filthy. She made an excuse for everything. Including the unlocked door... claiming she would never do such a thing. If the door was locked then my neighbor couldn't walk right in! He sent me videos moments after they left of dust and dirt on the floors. Again, so many excuses. When she finished she said she should have charged me more because I lied about how many rooms there were. Wow! What a way to treat a customer. Again, we had a phone call where I told her how many rooms, she had a video tour of each room, and she came in here for herself. She could have called before starting if there was an issue for her. Like a profession would have done. Lacking basic communication skills and blaming the customer for her inability to quote a job. I sent her these pictures of the filth and told her we were upset. Again, excuses and refused a refund. She said the dust from upstairs must have made its way down and since we requested no chemicals on the floor also she couldn't do her job properly. We were never told this would be such an issue for her. She claims to be a green cleaner on Yelp. So which excuse was it?? My neighbors hand that wiped the floors... shown moments after she left proves that it wasn't dust from upstairs. And my steam mop with water only seemed to get the dirt up easily. We could see circles of dust around the areas she pushed a mop. It was such a poor job. I would not hire this company or trust them in your home.

I just had my outside Christmas lights put up. I have never had this done before, but I am not about to get on a ladder anymore. If there were 7 stars, they deserve it! Top notch professional customer service. The owner wants to make sure you are 100% happy with the project they do. I will definitely be contacting, John, to do window cleaning and power washing for my house, after seeing the quality of work.
