Yes,5 stars for as good as it gets. I was in Milan for the Easter weekend and stayed right next door at the Sleep Inn from Kentucky. Before checking in I stopped at the BP. Next morning my car (2014 Cruze diesel) started extremely rough, so rough that I drove round the motel several times, and then spotted the dealership. Long story short - gas in the diesel engine (avoid that Milan BP unless you are careful, green handle is gas, diesel pump hid on dark side of building), still my error completely. I was in town to see my almost 100 year old grandmother on Easter weekend with my mother. This was Saturday of that holiday, and this dealership did everything they could to save our visit while fixing our car. I wish I had taken the mechanics name, but he was super, laying out options I could understand and spot on for labor and cost. Craig in sales, called 8 or 9 retail parts dealers for the hold-up - the special diesel 2014 fuel filter. The young man working parts, when retail fuel filters were not available, located a fuel filter in Toledo, and Sara and Sean found a vehicle for me to drive to Toledo, even though all of their loaners were gone. This saved two days of waiting for the part from the main supplier in Cincinnati. By the way, all rental car companies in the local area were already closed for the holiday. They went to considerable effort to prep and license this car to be used as a loaner, so I could spend the weekend at the nursing home with my grandmother. My car was ready two hours ahead of time, under estimate slightly, and our precious time with my grandmother was saved. I'm from Kentucky and they had no obligation to go to this level of effort, but they did. If I lived anywhere in southern Michigan, this would be my dealer. read more

The last time my husband and I purchased a new vehicle was 2004 because we love the vehicles we purchase and keep them until they are no longer a reliable source of transportation. We have kept them reliable using Victory's (in Milan) service center, however there comes a time when replacing the vehicle is the most financially sound decision to make. We decided it was time to replace our 2002 Yukon XL with a pickup truck and went to the Victory dealership in Milan. No surprise that their sales staff is as great as their service staff. Winter was our sales person and she did a great job selling without pressuring us to buy. We left that day owning a 2020 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 4x4 in a beautiful Cajun red color. In fact, we received compliments on how beautiful it looked from a fellow customer as we were getting in the vehicle to leave. The price was right, our trade-in value was great, Winter was amazing to work with, financing was simple and quick, and we are so happy with our new truck! Thank you Victory Chevrolet in Milan, MI and especially Winter, for the great experience! We'll be back when our 2000 Buick LeSabre finally needs to be replaced. read more

My wife took our trailblazer to have it serviced and tires rotated. When she got home they didn't give us a check list of what they checked And I notice the front tire looked low on air pressure So I check the screen on the dash it said the back tire was low not the front They never reset the censores on the tires Very disappointed Will never go back there read more

I purchased a Chevy Trax from Victory in Milan, MI. Worst experience I've had buying a new/used vehicle. The dealership had their money 2-5, (this is the day I was supposed to pick up the Trax, I added cruise control and they were repairing several scratches). All the paperwork was signed 1-31. I called the salesman, AJ to ask if the Trax was ready on 2-6 and it wasn't. I asked to speak with the Sales Manager, Brandon because I was upset that it still wasn't ready, and he promised me it would be ready 2-9; again it wasn't and this time it was due to the snow storm. The loan processor (DJ) was supposed to call me 2-10 to let me know how they would compensate me for my trouble; no call again! When I spoke to AJ on 2-12 to ask if the Trax was ready, he told me they would give me a gas card ($100) for my trouble. When I arrived at the dealership AJ said they don't keep cards of that value on site and they would mail it. Unfortunately, I haven't received a gas card, or any compensation! The deal was signed 1-31 and I didn't get my vehicle till 2-12!! I don't have a business card from anyone I dealt with which is very shady!! And I wasn't given a copy of the purchase agreement when I signed the paperwork on 1-31. DJ said, "don't worry, we'll have all your paperwork in the Trax when you pick it up". Buyer beware!!!! Maryann Bringhurst: When I sat down with Maryann, she immediately struck me with her professionalism and gentle manner. She is very tech savvy from just my observation and so I as well and chatted about that a good deal. As I was looking for price point rather than a specific vehicle, she was all over the computer explaining which cars had rebates. After the initial paperwork, she pulled out color swatches and asked which I preferred. I am going to be 65 in July - so it had to be red since it's a color I've always wanted but never owned. To make a long story short, I am now driving a loaded 2015 "Red Hot" Chevy Cruze. Maryann exceeded my expectations in every way. I cannot compliment her enough on her professionalism, her knowledge of your vehicles, and her gentle way in which she works with a customer and certainly exceed my expectations. I brought my 2015 Silverado in for the 5000 scheduled Maintenance. During which I mentioned the truck taking a long time to start (avg 35 sec). And this only happens after the truck has sat for about 8 hours. When I first bought the truck in Oct. it started right away. I told the tech that a friend of mine has the same truck, and had the same issue, and it ended up being a fuel issue. After about 90 min the tech that worked on my truck came into the waiting room and told me that they couldn't replicate my starting issue. I told him that it has to sit for about 8 hours before the issue comes up (This is due to the high pressure fuel line having a small leak. The fuel leaks out over time and lowers the pressure in the line. These newer vehicles are set up with sensors that won't allow the vehicle to start without the air fuel mixture being correct. That's how flex fuel cars work). He told me that he didn't have time for that and that the problem was most likely the battery. I told him that its not a battery issue, the truck isn't struggling as if the battery has a low charge, its starter/solenoid is running just fine. I told him that the engine isn't getting the proper fuel/air mixture. He told me I was wrong and that he didn't have time to look at my truck. I found this to be very unprofessional. I will be taking my truck to another service center and getting a real S.A.E. certified tech with the apparent time to look over my truck. I will not be doing any further business with this dealership. read more

My experience with dealership was not bad, at least when dealing with the salesman. He was very professional and did not try to give a car outside of the range that I wanted to pay. They even let us take the vehicle home for the weekend to see if we liked it. The problems came when we went to buy the vehicle. First off, when we were given a breakdown of the total for the purchase of the car, and it was almost $1000 higher than what was on the website. He said that it was a mistake and he fixed it. Continuing to look, we saw other add-ons such as GAP insurance, and some extended warranty we did not ask for. Again, I told him I was not interested and he took it off. Finally, I was happy with the total. Before going into purchase a vehicle I had gotten approved from a third party loan, hearing that car dealership loans are often higher. I gave them that information for the loan and waited them to write up paper for me to finalize the purchase of the vehicle. When I went back to sign, I saw that my APR was twice as high than with the bank I was financing with. They had told me that they ran through and found me a better deal. When I showed them the deal they look dumbfounded and acted confused. I told them I was not going to sign for a loan with that APR and they continued to try to belittle me saying, "Its only what, like $10-15 more a month?" They pushed the blame on the bank. I told them I would call the bank and see what was going on. After talking to the bank I found out that they had given them incorrect information, such as the amount of my down payment, term length, and value of the car I was buying which is why the APR had been higher than quoted to me. After I talked to the salesman, he again apologized for the mistake and agreed to sell the car with the loan terms I had be quoted. At that point, I decided NOT to buy a vehicle through them My tip for anyone purchasing a vehicle from this dealership is to take a close look at all the numbers they are giving you for the purchase of the vehicle, look online to make sure prices match. Make sure if they put on extras into the quote that they are extras that you want. Finally get approved by a third party. While $10-15 a month might not seem like a lot, its an extra $1000 bucks out of your pocket and into the dealership. read more

I'm not sure if its's just me but The experience I have had with this NEW TAKEOVER at Victory Chevrolet in Milan, is to say the least AWFUL!!! Been taking my car here for about 3-4 years my last experiences have been AWFUL, first it's my electrical, then it's a module, then it's the key, do any of their mechanics know what they are doing. Take it in for the final recall, told them a few things that was going on with car since all their last diagnosis and so called fixes.. They have the nerve to call me back saying i had fried wires causing horn not to work, it will be another $50, who said you could perform the work?? Aren't you the ones who so called fixed my electrical issue??? What is going on at this place??? Now that I've had all work, or was the work even performed, on my car I will NEVER take my car back here again.. You guys need to take a customer service class, more mechanic training, learn to satisy your guest not piss them off!!!! Good luck to all that take their vehicles here!!! read more
