Oh my gosh, do these guys ever rock! We were traveling down US 23 on a road trip when part of a shield underneath the car fell off and was dragging. We pulled off at the next exit and Victory Chevrolet came to our rescue. They immediately took our car in, patched together a semi-permanent fix which took about an hour, and then refused to charge us anything for the labor! Routine oil change & tire rotation this morning at Victory Chevrolet in Milan, MI. Service advisor Tyler T. was thoughtful, pleasant and kind to me. Amy was also present, and is terrific to work with as well. My salesman Joe passed through the waiting room, and stopped to visit, which I appreciated. Have some ambulatory challenges, and Tyler went out of his way today to make the whole experience as easy and safe for me as possible. In the waiting area around 30 mins. and Tyler made check-out experience quick and convenient for me as well, in a warmed-up vehicle in the 10 degree weather! Many GM auto dealerships are available in Washtenaw County, but I drive out to Victory in Milan because of their approach, great customer service, and kindness to me as a client. Want to start off by saying the entire team at Victory did an outstanding job! I walked in wanting to trade my car in. Walked in and was welcomed by DJ and Chad. I asked for Wynter as she was the one who reached out to me via phone. It was less then 10 minutes and I was test driving a new Tahoe with Rob, the break dancing salesman. As we worked the deal I felt it was a great experience and the entire team worked as one unit to get me the best deal possible. Victory Chevrolet - New Chevy Tahoe from Victory - Car Dealers Near Me - Milan, Michigan

Had horrible experience with Victory Chevrolet. I custom ordered a new 2024 Silverado 2500HD 4 or 5 months ago. So the wait was a long time, granted not their fault. The problem is that I was called and told the truck would be delivered to the dealer in a couple days and can I come in and finalize the paperwork. I sit down with the salesman and I added $2500 worth of  dealer installed options I wanted. Great so far. Then we go over the purchase agreement and on top of my chosen options the dealer added $2500 of market demand markup and $2700 worth of dealer "mandatory" options (oxymoron) .  After I refused to pay $2500 above sticker value on a truck I ordered and waited months for  they did remove that cost. They then refused to not install $2700 worth of dealer options I had no desire for. The point of custom ordering is to add things I want, not put items on I don't want. I was informed that's how they make money, wow. They then told me they were not selling me the custom truck I ordered because I declined their items. Really? Bottom line is that none of this was mentioned or written on the order agreement I signed and deposited $1000 on. What horrible predatory business practices. I wait months for a custom order and they try to handcuff me with almost $6000 of extra cost. I called GM to file a complaint and the customer service agent was flabbergasted. I was informed they would escalate my complaint. I don't expect any resolution but I had to share my bad experience. I did follow up with 3 different dealers when I got home to check if I went to their lot for a Silverado 2500 could I expect a market markup or thousands of dollars worth of dealer added options I didn't want. I was told no. The next day I got exactly what I wanted plus extra items I wasn't originally going to pay for, but like having and for less from Feldman Chevrolet. I purposely went to Victory originally because they were a small town dealer. So sorry that I did after my experience. read more

We had a serious emergency. We broke down on US23 and limped into Victory. We had to continue driving 700+ miles immediately. The moment service advisor Rodney Roman heard our predicament he quickly had our SUV analyzed, parts ordered, service department mechanics drop everything and ASAP got us on the road. We couldn't have asked for more then Rodney and Victory team actions. They stepped up and made what could have been an insurmountable emergency a bump in the road. My wife took her Traverse in because she had a tire leak. She got a quick appointment and the tire is covered by the service plan I was forced to buy when I purchased the suv. They finished and returned her keys but when she could hear the tire leaking worse the techs treated her like she's just a stupid girl. She pointed out the noise and showed the tire had already lost pressure of a few pounds. She was told she had to drive to warm up the tire that had just been filled to 35 but sitting at 32 already. She drove home, had me listen and I could hear the tire leaking before I walked to that side of the car. We brought the car back immediately and the pressure was down to 29 and we only live 10 miles away. Buyer beware The worst purchasing experience I've ever had. They added dealer installed features I did not want to jack up the price by $2900 and said they were not removeable. Also there were added fees of $1625 on the sales document that were not detailed. They refused to budget on theses items. We have had some really bad luck lately. I'd hit a tree!! Yes, I totaled our Stratus (2003). I was in shock and had a concussion and whiplash etc. I'm a pain patient so it's been pretty difficult. So we were obviously without that car, and we had a Saturn (1994), very very old and klunky. We drove that a day or so later and hit a pot hole and IT klunked worse, as well! Though it was Pretty undriveable, we got it home. WE have gone without a car and it's been hard not being able to go more than a block with the Saturn and not having the other one. Well...I researched some cars as our friends were helping us drive places. My husband researched one place online and somehow a really nice guy named "NICK" called us back. He sounded so kind and not pushy or too "much" like some salespeople can be. He is an awesome guy and an honest salesperson. He drove Chevrolet Cruze, from Milan Michigan all the way to our house in Canton, MI! At first I'd even called him to cancel because we thought it was just too far for us to drive and we could not safely drive our klunky car. He didn't want us to wait any longer for a car. He even listened to my priority of not wanting a white car!! He drove all the way to our house and brought a beautiful black Chevrolet Cruze! Nick Hutcherson, Internet Sales Mgr at Victory Chevrolet Buick, is one of the nicest young men I've ever met. I'm not kidding and I'm not making it up. I've /we've never been treated so good by any company, let alone a car salesman (LOL)!! Usually they are kind of pushy and try to make you get things you don't want and they're in it for the money, not to help you get a car. Nick is in this to help people like us. I can see it in his manner and his style. He is a sharp dresser and loves his pug and his older Chow mix dogs and his beautiful wife who we got to see pictures of! Nick is truly in this to be helpful to people and see the smile on the faces of the people he gets a car for. He made us feel like that very much! Nick drove all the way to our home, sat down with us and gave us alot of information. He brought a black Cruze and it is beautiful and small enough, big enough and it has a great trunk that will fit my wheelchair too! He even drove our old Klunky red Saturn all the way back to MIlan, MI and he left the car with us with no money down. I even cried at first when he gave us the monthly payment amount because i knew we couldn't do it and I was afraid we'd never get a car. But he worked with us and gave us much more than we could have imagined for our old Saturn!! He gave us a great car and a great deal and we are so happy to feel normal again and mobile again too! I have to add that when we went to the showroom with him...yes we had to go back to Milan to do the paper work and see the financial counselor. We had to wait a pretty long time there, unfortunately. But you know, that was really worth the time spent because we got to hang out with a bunch of the men and they were all super awesome to us. They were chatting and sharing and showing us pictures of their pets! It was actually a fun Friday night for some of us who've been married 17 years!! We almost wanted to go get Chinese food afterwards with them!! LOL.. But it was funny because there was a couple ahead of us, and like I said, they made us wait and wait because they just had so many questions I suppose?? But you know, that just made us know that they'd spend that much time with us when it was our turn...and they did!! Nick even stayed way past his time to go home and so did the other guys! The one guy even gave me a "Frapaccinno" (spelling??) and it was a "Mocha" one and very yummy**(PSSSST thank you guys!)...We are even going to go and visit them when we are in town some day soon! We enjoyed our time and we got a great car from a really great salesman!! He did hard work and finagling to get us a deal that we couldnt refuse! We would "adopt" him if we could..(LOL)...But really, this was a great experience and sometimes it's worth the little trip to get more than what you'd ever hoped for! A few months ago I took my truck to the dealership where I purchased it for routine maintenance. I had about 100k miles on it so I had all the fluids flushed and changed. At the time they told me they couldn't do the brake fluid change because the bleeders were rusted and I needed new calipers (and other stuff). Spoke with the Service Advisor Charlie at Victory and took the truck there to be looked at. Charlie was honest and up front. Not only was there no rust but I didn't need any of the stuff the other dealership tried to sell me. Victory also found that I had an oil leak that my oil change place failed to mention the day before. Charlie took the time to explain what needed to be done and the cost involved. They took good care of me. The repairs were completed in a timely manner and they had it done when they said they would. The repairs even came in under the price they quoted me, as the quote was "worst case scenario". Best service I've ever received. Charlie and team were great!!! I received a call about a recall on my Malibu I purchased 2 months ago, made an appointment online and then came into the dealership. When I arrived they did not act like they were expecting me or even know I was coming in. I handed them my keys, sat in the waiting room for maybe 20 minutes, pulled a team member aside and told them I requested a drop off when making my appointment. Maybe another 10-20 minutes later they finally have someone to drop me off at home (just down the street) and I told him to give me a call when my car was done so someone from the dealership could come pick me up. He acknowledged what I said then dropped me off. When I get the call that my car is done they tell me no one can come and pick me up. So, being anemic I had to really bundle up and walk a few blocks down JUST to pick up my car. Needless to say I will never be back. read more

I contacted the salesman and was ignored. I then contacted the general manager and was told nothing could be done unless I put more money down. I was not surprised to see negative reviews about Victory Chevrolet Buick car dealership on Facebook. I thought I would be the only one, to make a long story short I came in with a bankruptcy. At that time DJ the finance specialist at talked me into the excessive wear and tear warrenty for $895 and the lost key warrenty for $399. That was on July 15, 2015. I went back in on July 16 and told my salesman at the time was Rocky that I did not want it. Their response was, "we have never done anything like that before so they have to look into it." Then I was shuffled the DJ, who claimed that he put in the request to all the third-party people. And told me it was my responsibility to call GM FINANCIAL. So after I waited a month so the paperwork to go through I call GM Financial and they said "no the dealerships calls us not you sir. I was talk about my problem in the barbershop a couple days ago and everybody knew the story about Victory Chevrolet how they just took care of you when there was when you're there and then when you're done and they have your money they just don't care. I didn't realize it I guess victory has all kinds of victory automotive places around Michigan they are so big they don't care about the little guy. All At the cost of the poor customer who trusted these crooks and doesn't have very much money. SO SAD!! When I renew my lease in 2017 it definitely is not going to be at Victory Chevrolet! read more

Bought a used car from them. 96 days later I had to change a 7 year old battery (how that missed the "GM certified" tests is beyond me), 02 sensor, Traction Control sensor...oh, and the Engine. The service team was useless, and the mangers just said, "that's bad luck man, but we didn't build it." Sure, they are friendly...because its easier to rip you off if you like them. Between this, and the poor service my parent got when they bought new here, I encourage people to ALWAYS look elsewhere. My wife's car had an issue starting after gassing it up each time. We were told by a oil change place that hooked up an OBD that it was a vacuum issue and it wasn't a big deal. I figured I get it in when I had available time. Big mistake, right? Yep. On Friday, my wife calls and says the car died at a light and had issues starting again. On Saturday morning I contacted the Service Department at Victory and spoke with Brian. I explained the issue that was going on and asked if there was any way to get it in today. Brian explained that he had a good idea that it was the purge pump but unfortunately it would be Monday before they could get it in. He told me if we could get it there Saturday he could get it in the que right away Monday morning. My wife and I drove down and dropped it off, we got there quickly, and decided to head to breakfast. Brian called less than an hour later and said he was able to push it through and get it fixed, under warranty!!! Well, we will be doing all our business here from now on!!
