When I finally explained my symptoms, I later heard a staff member talking and laughing about me, which was very upsetting. I was only given ibuprofen and told I would be fine. A few days later my symptoms got worse, and when I went to Patient First, I was diagnosed with pneumonia. This experience was disappointing, and I did not feel taken seriously.
