Booking process online was seamless and I appreciated being able to add-on services like oven cleaning. They arrived within 10 minutes of the arrival window ready to go. I told them they could more or less ignore the furniture and focus on the apartment itself. They were very kind the whole way through. They were extremely thorough, even getting to places previous cleaners did not like under the bed. They nicely packed items thrown around in bags for me to sort through which I really appreciate. When finished with each area they asked if I wanted to check the area first for anything missed, another thing I appreciated. They offered to take out trash bags at the end but I told them they did enough and sent them on their way :) They are definitely worth booking and are extremely thorough! I will likely book again the next time I require a deep cleaning.

The phone agent automatically applied a Yelp discount code for $25 off the booking, so the total was still $420. Email confirmation noted the cleaners would arrive between 11:00-12:00 PM for my 11:00 AM booking. There was no communication or text/email updates on arrival at 12:45 PM, so I called the corporate number 800-552-5997 and it went to voicemail. They called me back a few minutes later and confirmed the cleaning team was still on their way. They finally arrived at 1:30 PM and apologized with the reason being, "Corporate double booked us." That was annoying because when I doubled checked with the phone agent about availability on Memorial Day, he boasted "Yes, we have 20 cleaning teams operating in your area" OK but they couldn't send 1 team on time? Anyway, the cleaners worked very hard and everything was spotless at the end of the day. I would be willing to give InstaMaids another chance.
