I think they did great, especially due to the fact that our house hasn't been professionally cleaned for a long time, and it was only 2 hours for 2 people to clean. We had to stay in the house while they cleaned, so we just told them what rooms to ignore and then made sure to stay out of their way. Even though we were in the house, they text me when they were done so that they made sure not to bother us. She later told me that if we go with them for cleaning next time, she'll bring her special told to better clean our jacuzzi tub. Cash payment. Challenges came after they left and I found that they broke a support leg on my external TV antenna & did not notify me. Maria said she wasn't aware that it had broken off. Yet I do not know how they could have missed observing this was altogether when she cleaned the shelf at first, then was just left sitting next to the tv antenna on shelf near patio door. Next, I discovered a two foot gouge in my hardwood floors. This gouge is deep enough that it cannot be covered up with a cosmetic fix of colored pen nor paint. To fix properly, it requires floors to be sanded down, re-stained then buffed with wax. Maria first stated they had not used any mop on floor. Yet when I reminded her that she had used her own Boma Microfiber Mop w/ my Swifter wet floor pads, she apologized for this. Yet this is a costly mistake that I cannot afford to repair. I will be filing a claim with Yelp's guarantee.

They were very responsive and easy to communicate with, and I appreciated that they listened to what mattered most to us! They brought two different vacuums and did a great job getting pet hair out of the area rugs and off the floors. They also took extra time to make sure the house was dust-free, which made the home feel much cleaner afterward. We have a busy household with cats and a toddler, so I appreciated their attention to the areas that need the most upkeep. Would highly recommend.
