Sometimes helps with questions but usually sends us to five different stores until we find answer. Created fake password for our account. They will not let us leave our contract. A employee claims my mother assaulted him. Another employee promised us service at our house which has been a entire lie. We will never us their fake service again and hope the store is shut down for falsely advertising service, claiming lie on my family, and finally ruined our time with cell phones. P.S. they really don't have service anywhere because you are always roaming which by the way has a limit to their "truly unlimited data". Which when they called to tell us we were over our limit we told them to shut off our service we told them to shut it off because we didn't care, we hate their service anyway.
