We had to buy some trash bags, there was an exposed power strip that was very overloaded and when we opened the dishwasher to look for coffee cups it was full of stale dirty water and mold on the dishes inside. I'd think for the $65 cleaning fee, the place would be clean. Other than that bit of grossness, we enjoyed our stay.

However, I have decided not to do business with them because of what I consider to be an extremely aggressive, inappropriate, and unprofessional marketing approach. They will tack on fees any chance they get. Hannah will intentionally avoid you at all costs. They will laugh in your face and not respond to you.
