It was such a hit for our group of friends because we have a lot of kids that are 1-5 years old. The guys showed up and put together the space really quickly. I didn't realize there was a giant beam in the middle of the space where I wanted the play area and the crew was able to work around it, which I really appreciated their flexibility. We did have a bit of a hiccup with the breakdown of the event because the crew confirmed with the wrong person when they were supposed to come down to take it all down, so they ended up showing up an hour late. Thankfully there wasn't an event after ours so it was all good. I didn't check out immediately because I needed to check with my employer regarding their delivery policy--specifically whether to choose their free delivery window (which could leave a massive inflatable sitting at a residential home for up to 3 days, dropped off 24 hours the day before and picked up 24 hours the day after) or pay an extra fee for same-day service. The company reached out noticing I left items in the cart, asked how they could help, and explicitly offered to call their boss to see about price matching a competitor's delivery rate we were quoted. The moment I gave them the competitor's lower price, the attitude completely changed. The representative immediately got defensive, completely failed to grasp why a residential client wouldn't want a bounce house parked in their yard for multiple days, started trashing the other company by claiming their equipment was "20 years old" and saying that "there's a reason why they're cheaper". To top it all off, they later tried to cover their tracks via email by claiming "We're only doing parks not residential," which completely contradicts the entire text argument we just had about home delivery. This business is completely disorganized, unprofessional, and dishonest. Save yourself the headache and book with a reliable company that actually knows how to treat people. I rented out 30 chairs & 2 tables Friday, for a Saturday party. I went paid and had my dad pick them up. My dad brought back 30 dirty chairs & 2 dirty tables. We were told to drop them off Sunday before 1pm. We showed up Sunday around 11:50-12pm and THEY'RE CLOSED!!! My husband called and was told they went out to lunch and would be back at 1pm?!?!? Who goes out to lunch and comes back at closing time...lol I called and was told by the same lady (Vitia) that it was weird that the business was closed, so I reminded her she told my husband the workers had gone out to lunch, so she then changes her tune and said they went to lunch. I ended up dropping off the chairs & table Tuesday! Because they don't open Monday. Price was for the rental is $45, with a $35 deposit. I found it weird that they made a photocopy of my ID. It's been 3 days and my deposit hasn't hit my bank! I called her today and she's not answering my calls and I called from a different # and she hung up once she knew it was me! Not ok! So I'm now disputing the charges with my bank.
