Communication was easy. Responses were prompt. We only got linen and chair covers this time. The table linens were great however, the seat covers somewhere stained a lot of of them ripped at the bottom. But from a distance, you could not tell and everything still looks really nice. Prices were very affordable. Delivery pick up and drop off, was $50 flat rate for the city of Oakland. I will definitely be working with Tambriz Party Rental rentals again. read more

This was such a great experience, from start to finish. They were easy to communicate with and prompt with pick-up and drop off. We had a great experience using Tambriz for our daughters birthday bouncy house. The price was more than reasonable compared to other companies in the area. They arrived on time, set the bouncy house up very quickly and I was really impressed that they gave the bounce house a thorough cleaning before they left! The house was tied down and secured with sand bags that were included in the price (some other local companies make you add the sandbags on to your rental which I never understood!) How can I thank Tambriz Party Rentals enough. These guys are the most responsive, kind, and customer service centric vendor I have encountered. I had an event last night that requires a tent, and I know it's a small order, but the response I got from the moment I called was rapid fast, the delivery was on time. The rates were very reasonable. What stood out the most, they came through when it's 28 mph wind and it was a very heavy rain night, and I needed the tent to be picked up ASAP after the event instead of waiting for the following day to avoid hazardous situation, and they responded to my last minute, after-hours, panic text! 8 team members showed up and dismantled a 20x10 tent while pouring rain and 50/mph gust wind is happening. This was 10 PM! What a relief. I will be using them for any rentals in the future. read more
