It is ALL men, and when I told the owner he needed a women in there to clean up and organize and make phone calls to customers, etc.. he laughed at me!! I was giving him serious business advice, it would help. Really. Just visit the place and tell me otherwise. LOL! Not only is the store in horrible condition, their services are questionable as well. I took my MacBook Pro to get the screen fixed and they put the completely WRONG screws back in, and put connectors back in the wrong place, etc. HORRIBLE. I could not even take it to the Mac Store for an upgrade!!! They said it would cost about 1,500 to repair the damage that was caused by whoever put it back together. So now, it went back to XM to put everything back together with the right screws, connectors, etc.. and it has been over A YEAR and I still dont have my computer! Every time I call, they say.. Oh next week, oh, two weeks... My gosh! So that it (over) TWO years I have been dealing with this crap! I think all the reviews from other sites (Google) are from people who work at XM, they are definitely NOT 5 stars.
